Tryant: I am dropping 5 more chapters tomorrow :), remember to drink water
Soon, Butler Edward arrived with a slightly yellowed map. Since Allen and his advisors were awaiting their meal, they decided to discuss their plans at the dining table, which was spacious enough to accommodate the map.
"Take a look," Allen began, pointing to the map spread out on the table. "From the Steel Fist in the north down to the Neaja Harbor in the south, and from the Thorn Flowers in the west to the Strangforth Mountains in the east, this entire area represents my Sirius Territory."
Sparrow couldn't hide his amazement. "My lord, your fief seems incredibly vast, even larger than the Thorn Flower Fief."
Marco, on the other hand, had some concerns. "That's largely because of the Strangforth Mountains. I've heard they are infested with monsters, and the Earl of Thorns struggles with this issue. Without these troublesome creatures, this expansive area could be worth as much as half of the Thorn Flower Fief."
"What? Monsters running rampant? Why in such a problematic place?" Sparrow's face turned an unsettling shade of green. As a shrewd financial officer, he understood the immense challenge posed by a territory plagued by monsters.
"Don't be too concerned," Allen reassured them. "Monsters won't be a problem. What we need to focus on now is the development of the territory."
Sparrow's eyes lit up with hope. "Is there a plan, my lord?"
"Yes," Allen responded confidently. "As expected of someone watched over by the God of War, there's no challenge too daunting for you," Sparrow complimented him, his gaze firmly fixed on the map of Sirius.
"My lord, the region boasts a sparse population but fertile land," Sparrow began. "The southern territory is vast and flat, with three rivers running through it, making it ideal for agriculture."
Marco added, "The northern territory has slightly undulating terrain. It has already been annexed by the Principality of Ryan, and we no longer need to worry about powerful enemies from the sea. Additionally, the Earl of Thorn Flowers can provide us with a certain population."
The three of them delved into discussions about the development and planning of Sirius Territory. Allen nodded in agreement, appreciating their input and recognizing that their ideas aligned with his vision for the territory's development.
"Excellent, gentlemen, let's conclude our plans for Sirius Territory today," Allen said, gesturing for them to wrap up the discussion.
Marco, however, expressed concern about the lack of manpower. "I understand, my lord. But we may be short on manpower."
"Don't worry," Allen reassured him. "I've already discussed it with Earl Albert, and he'll provide assistance. Sparrow, your task is to visit the Roland Chamber of Commerce in the Thorn Flower Fief and inform them that I require a substantial population. They should have a solution."
Sparrow nodded, accepting the mission. "Understood, my lord. I'll head to the Thorn Flower Fief tomorrow."
With their tasks assigned, Allen suggested they rest for the day. "We'll be busy starting tomorrow."
The two officials left with enthusiasm, eager to fulfill their respective duties. Afterward, Allen enjoyed his dinner and a relaxing bath. Later, he was pleasantly surprised to see Lucy returning home.
"Allen, you're back!" Lucy's face lit up when she spotted Allen, showing her affection for him as she rushed over, not concerned about any gender differences.
Allen was greeted by a refreshing and elegant fragrance as Lucy enveloped him in a hug. "Lucy, how was your time while I was away?"
"Great! Everyone enjoys playing with me," Lucy replied, gesturing toward the spirits of nature surrounding her.
Allen hugged Lucy and gently patted her head. "I'm glad to hear that. Just keep having fun, Lucy. By the way, we're moving soon. Would you like to accompany me to our new territory tomorrow?"
Lucy nodded eagerly. "Of course, as long as I'm with Allen, I'll go anywhere."
With a smile, Allen appreciated Lucy's warm and caring nature. They chatted for a while and then retired for the night. Allen practiced with Safi and continued to hone his magical skills.
The next morning, Allen, Lucy, and Marco set out on their journey to Sirius Territory. The townspeople were eager to join, even disregarding their crops. Alan had to leave some people behind to tend to the fields while taking the rest with him.
Marco eventually parted ways with them to meet Albert and secure additional manpower. As they made their way to Sirius Land, they passed through Viscount Ironwood's Ironwood City. Viscount Ironwood warmly welcomed Allen, and they sat down for a drink together, reminiscing about their friendship forged on the battlefield.
"Are you planning to immigrate and develop your territory?" Viscount Ironwood inquired.
"Yes, that's the plan," Allen confirmed with a smile.
"I can provide you with three thousand people to help," Viscount Ironwood offered enthusiastically.
"That would be greatly appreciated," Allen replied, grateful for the support. With Viscount Ironwood's manpower, their group now consisted of 5,000 people, a valuable resource for developing Sirius Territory.
