I feel satisfied

The morning sun cast a warm glow across the city as Xender and I stepped out of his luxurious car. I glanced around in awe as we stood in front of the high-class mall that seemed to stretch towards the sky, its glass façade reflecting the sunlight.

"Welcome to our little… something for the day," Xender said, his voice tinged with excitement.

I chuckled, looking at his grey eyes with an irresistible smile. "I didn't expect you to bring me here."

He grinned, his eyes sparkling. "Well, I figured we could use a change of scenery."

As we entered the mall, I couldn't help but be amazed by the grandeur and elegance that surrounded us. High-end boutiques lined the corridors, each one exuding luxury and sophistication. Xender led me through the bustling crowds, his hand gently resting on the small of my back.

"Where are we headed first?" I asked, trying to contain my excitement.

He smirked, his fingers tracing circles on my back. "You'll see."

We wandered through the different sections of the mall, occasionally stopping to admire the intricate displays in the shop windows. The air was filled with a sense of power and extravagance, and I couldn't help but feel a little out of place.

"Xender, are you sure I belong here?" I whispered, glancing around nervously.

He chuckled, his arm sliding around my waist. "Relax, Amelia. You belong wherever I am."

I rolled my eyes playfully, swatting his arm. "Smooth talker."

We eventually found ourselves in front of a high-end fashion boutique. Xender's eyes gleamed mischievously as he gestured towards the entrance. "Shall we?"

Inside, the boutique was a paradise of luxurious fabrics and exquisite designs. Xender and I browsed through the racks, occasionally holding up outfits for each other to consider. I couldn't help but be amazed by the quality and craftsmanship of the garments.

"Try this one," Xender said, handing me a stunning red dress that practically shimmered under the store's soft lighting.

I held the dress up to my body, my eyes widening in surprise. "Xender, this is... gorgeous."

He grinned, his gaze lingering on me. "I have a good eye for fashion."

I smirked, shaking my head. "Modesty is definitely not your strong suit."

Xender chuckled, and before I knew it, he had disappeared into a changing room with a few outfits of his own. I hesitated for a moment before stepping into a changing room myself, the luxurious surroundings making me feel both excited and self-conscious.

After trying on the red dress, I stepped out of the changing room, my heart racing as I caught Xender's admiring gaze. His eyes roamed over me appreciatively, a smile tugging at his lips.

"Wow," he breathed, his gaze fixed on me.

I blushed, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear. "Is it too much?"

Xender shook his head, his eyes never leaving me. "No, you look absolutely stunning."

His compliment made my heart flutter and skip a beat, and I found myself smiling shyly. We spent a good amount of time trying on different outfits, sharing laughs and playful comments as we modeled for each other.

As we left the boutique, Xender handed me a shopping bag with a wink. "Consider it a little gift."

I raised an eyebrow, peeking inside to find the red dress nestled carefully. "You didn't have to."

He shrugged, a small smile playing on his lips. "I wanted to. Plus, I have a feeling it'll look even better on you outside the store."

The warmth of his gesture left me speechless, and I couldn't help but feel a growing sense of connection between us. If he continues this way.. I might. not be able to resist him at all.

As we continued our exploration of the mall, Xender's arm remained draped casually around my waist, his presence both protective and possessive.

At the mall's rooftop café, we enjoyed a leisurely lunch, our conversation flowing effortlessly as we talked about everything from our favorite books to our most embarrassing childhood memories. I told him about the one time when I was in high school, the stupid prank I played that landed me in detention for a work week, staring at the detention's lady's face was a whole punishment on it's own. Everyone thought that she was derived the privileged to smile.

Xender laughed commenting a few about himself but I knew that he wouldn't want to dive in too deep because of the death of his father. We exchanged playful teasing and genuine interest made me feel at ease, as if we had known each other for much longer than we actually had.

As we sipped our coffee, I couldn't help but admire the breathtaking view of the city skyline from the rooftop. The sun was beginning to set, casting a warm and golden hue over the buildings.

"Thank you for today," I said, turning to Xender with a smile.

He grinned, his gaze holding mine. "The pleasure is all mine. I've enjoyed every moment with you."

Our eyes locked, and in that instant, I felt a connection that went beyond words. This day had been a reminder that life was full of surprises and that sometimes, the most unexpected moments could lead to the most beautiful experiences.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a canvas of vibrant colors across the sky, I felt beyond satisfied.

"Xender," I said, a mischievous glint in my eyes.

"Now it's my turn to take you somewhere."

He arched an eyebrow, his grin widening. "Amelia, this is not a challenge."

I winked. "You know me. I like to make everything very fun"

"Let's see if my idea can beat yours"

He groaned but still, very amused.

I leaned closer and whispered the location to his driver. Xender's curiosity was evident, but he simply nodded and gestured for his driver to proceed. As the car pulled up to our destination, I couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement.

Inside the car, xender was staring at his phone for the better part of the ride. He was answering business call and damn. Ruining the moment.

When I couldn't take it anymore. I pulled his phone out his grip and the phone call. His eyes widened, staring at me with what I couldn't decipher.

He sighed, trying to explain. "That.."

I cut in. "No.. it's business or me. Would you rather stare at your phone or stare at…"

I leaned in and his eyes widened, falling to my lips, he was stuttering and being the first time seeing him being discomposed.

"You aren't saying anything"

I grinned happy to be the one to catch him off guard and he was gradually having control of himself again when the driver, seemingly to have been stealing glimpse on us, almost lost hand of the wheels, causing us to jerk roughly away.

Xender gritted, I was guessing that he was planning to take his chances when the driver bungled everything. "You can't drive a car?"

He growled and his driver was profusely apologizing… again and again. I looked to the side to see that he was actually very furious causing me to place my hands on top of his legs.

"It's not that serious"

His eyes was softening when it landed on me, soon, the car parked at the destination and We stepped out of the car and found ourselves in a park bathed in the soft glow of the moonlight.

The moon hung low in the sky, casting a serene and romantic look over the surroundings. The park was adorned with twinkling fairy lights that illuminated the pathways, creating a magical atmosphere.

Xender looked around in awe, his gaze fixed on the enchanting scene before us. "Amelia, this is incredible."

I smiled, feeling a sense of satisfaction at his reaction. "Are you accepting your defeat now?"

He chuckled, his eyes never leaving me. "You certainly know how to surprise me."

I took his hand and led him deeper into the park, the scent of blooming flowers and the soft rustle of leaves accompanying our steps.

As we walked, I felt a mixture of nervousness and excitement. This was my chance to show him a different side of myself, to let go and simply enjoy the moment.

"Amelia, what are you doing?" Xender asked, his gaze playful.

I grinned, looking around the park. "The plan is simple. We're going to have some fun."

He raised an eyebrow, his lips curving into a smirk. "Fun? And what exactly does that entail?"

I glanced at him mischievously. "You'll see."

I spotted a swing set nearby and tugged him toward it. "How about a swing?"

Xender chuckled, "you're kidding"

I smirked. "I'm very serious, Xender"

"I can't"

"Why? No one is here to catch the CEO using a swing"

I pleaded and he was still very hesitant, so I added. "Except you are shy to do that in front of me"

He sighed. "Amelia. If this gets out. I know the loophole"

I chuckled. "You can trust me. What happens here, stays here"

He squinted his eyes at me and I didn't waste another moment before I was taking him to seat on the swing beside me. "I haven't been on one of these in years."

I pushed off the ground with my feet, feeling the exhilarating rush as we soared through the air. Xender's laughter mixed with mine, and for a moment, we were carefree, like children lost in the joy of the moment.

As the swing slowly came to a stop, I turned to Xender with a grin. "Your turn to push."

He raised an eyebrow, a playful glint in his eyes. "Oh, you're challenging me now?"

I nodded, crossing my arms with a smirk. "I dare you to swing as high as you can."

Xender chuckled, standing up and taking hold of the swing's chains. With a determined expression, he began to push himself off the ground, his feet reaching higher and higher.

The wind tousled his hair, and the sight of him laughing and enjoying himself was a sight to behold.

"Is that all you've got?" I teased, egging him on.

He shot me a competitive glance, his grin widening. "Oh, you haven't seen anything yet."

Xender swung higher and higher, his laughter filling the air. The moon above cast a silvery glow on his face, making him look carefree and more handsome. For a moment, the weight of responsibilities and worries seemed to vanish, leaving only the simple pleasure of the present.

As Xender finally brought the swing to a stop, he hopped off and turned to me, his chest heaving from the exertion. "You happy now?"

I smirked, taking a step closer to him. "Not quite yet."

Before he could react, I reached out and grabbed his hand, pulling him toward a grassy area where a group of people were dancing.

The soft strains of music filled the air, and I couldn't resist the urge to dance.

"Come on, Xender," I said, my eyes sparkling.

"Let's join them."

"Amelia"

He muttered, hesitating for a moment before giving in, allowing me to lead him to the dance floor. We moved together, our steps light and carefree, as if the world around us didn't matter. Xender's hand rested on my waist, guiding me in graceful circles.

As the song reached its crescendo, I twirled away from Xender, my dress swirling around me. When I returned to his side, he caught me in his arms, our bodies swaying to the rhythm of the music.

"Having fun?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper.

Xender smiled, his gaze locked with mine. "More than I expected."

The dance continued, and as the night wore on, we laughed, danced, and enjoyed each other's company. The moon hung overhead, a silent witness to the moments we shared.

As the music faded and the park began to empty, Xender and I found ourselves sitting on a bench, catching our breath. The moon's soft glow illuminated his features, and I couldn't help but smile.

"Thank you, Amelia," he said, his tone sincere.

I leaned my head against his shoulder, feeling a sense of contentment wash over me. "For what?"

"For reminding me that life can be simple and beautiful," he replied, his gaze fixed on the moon above.

I smiled, my heart full. "Anytime, Xender."

We sat in comfortable silence, the moonlight wrapping around us like a warm embrace. In that moment, it was as if the world had slowed down, and all that mattered was the connection we had forged—two souls finding solace and joy in each other's presence.
