The Moon Festival Part 1

From a distance, Feng and Tuzi could see that Yin had taken the initiative to adequately prepare the family for the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. Decorations had been posted about the exterior of the cabin, prominently highlighting the celebration of the holiday. She had set up a small table altar outside the house with a variety of delicious foods, rice wine bowls, and incense. This was all so the family could make a proper offering to the Moon and Moon Goddess, to honor and thank the deity for another prosperous year.

The sky had already reached the hour of dusk, framing the brightly lit dwelling. The decorations reflected the light that emanated from the patterned lanterns and candles, causing them to sparkle and dance.
