Lady Ignacia was aware of the event for her to happen next. She convened court ladies Ires and Hirah and bowed them with tears.
"Your Highness, you must not bow to lowly ladies like us." They answered her in unison.
"The event to follow will not be unfriendly for me and my daughters," she burst out her worries from last night's nightmare. "Promise to take and be mother yourselves to my Kitara and Sasiko," she begged desperately to court ladies she treated like sisters.
"We will do as you ask Lady Ignacia, but what will happen to you?" Hirah asked as Ires stared at her with tears in their eyes.
"Take this," she handed them instead her wealth of golds, silvers, and a few of her precious diamonds which late King Faustus bestowed her when she was ten as her reward for her service of foretelling some visions which had surely occurred. Some of her precious jewels were presents from the late King Nicolau. She handed them precious wealth and her dearest princess's daughters' future.
"Take them with you, now!" she almost yelled at them. "Make your way through the back door and the princesses with you. My hugs and kisses of love for them are my wish to guide and bless your escape from Queen Martyna's guards." She spoke wiping the tears in her face.
The two princesses were playfully pushing one another to the chamber's entrance, wondering the scene of their mother kneeling while their nurses stood her up and comforted her. Ignacia hugged them so tightly and told them to be obedient to Hirah and Ires as their own mother. After they packed their few things the two court ladies with the two princesses leave the Burlington palace.
