Why are you going away!" Nick pretended not to be intending to slip away silently. 


"Ah I thought no one was home!" He said. 


He slowly came back to the door which Vicky was holding open for him. She could also be seen looking embarrassed as it occurred to her that Nick might have seen her in her fantasies. She searched his eyes to see if they told her anything then she noticed that he was uncomfortably trying to gaze at her yet his eyes was fixed on a particular spot on her.
