The sorcery kings considered them to be a threat and seal there half power into normal humans so as to maintain the power balance. The story is fantastic and I loved it. The only downfall or weakness of the novel was its writing quality and the grasp on the language. We've all been there but fret not! I know you will improve more someday. It was just a matter of time.
