Chapter 30- Mana Circulation & Projection

Hwooooooo Haaaa....Hwooooooo Haaaa

Taking two deep breaths then slowly released the air after each breath from the confinement of my lungs, with each breath I adjusted my breathing pattern to match the mana flowing within, I slowly closed my eyes, wrapping a mantaraizōn onto my body like a second layer of skin.

I placed my left palm to my chest as I felt the pulsing of my heart decrease, this heightened concentration has been the key to getting me into visualization training with my mana pathways.

I can feel the radiant heat flowing throughout my nervous system and then seeping within my lungs, the two Entities Pulsing together creating harmony in my body

Despite doing this repetitively for the past three days I've yet to effectively circulate my mana at will. 

I've been trying many different methods but my only progress so far has been gathering mana which automatically transfers it to my Core of Acceptance.

I still have yet to figure out how to transfer mana to my core of enlightenment to purify it nor have I found a way to access the mana in my core of enlightenment.

After my breathing matched up with my manas flow I held my breath which decreased the speed of the flowing golden rivers present within my body.

After holding my breath for a full minute the flow of my mana completely halted.

"It seems you've figured it out," she murmured her voice a sultry whisper that danced softly in my ear. As her fingers glided slowly across my chest, I could feel the warmth radiating from her touch, each delicate caress igniting a spark of electricity beneath my skin. 

"Madam Tsukio-"

Her breath, warm and inviting, trickled down my neck like a gentle breeze in early summer, soft and inviting as the fibers of cashmere. It shattered my focus completely, and the tender stroke of her fingers sent shivers rippling through my entire body, igniting every nerve ending they brushed against. The sensation was intoxicating, leaving me both breathless and mesmerized.

Holding my earlobe between her lips she slightly nibbled on it which brought me to the end of my tolerance.

One could say I've gotten used to being teased by her to the point I let her prolong her taunts without stopping her, but that doesn't mean that I'm completely indifferent to her advances.

Three days ago during her usual taunts, she placed her bust on my shoulder as I sat trying to concentrate on visualization training, and when i tried to push through and get her off me she reinforced her body with mana preventing me from moving her. 

During my struggle, I accidentally grabbed her bust and she simply smiled and accepted that accident as my attempt at an advance at her.

Today I already decided to take a different route with my actions. 

"Huh… Sai?" I slightly turned my body and wrapped my arm around her waist before pulling her into my chest which led to her falling onto me with her right cheek pressed into my chest.

I used my trusty left hand to pull her closer into a hug as I had decided to not be teased one-sidedly today like every other day. 

A small smirk appeared on my lips as I saw the bewildered expression on her face. It was obvious she didn't expect me to pull such a move and to just accept her taunts as I usually would.

"Auh ow ow"

She bit into my chest then got up from my lap brushing her clothing off. I got to see a hint of embarrassment on her face which gave me a sense of accomplishment.

"Seeing as you've figured out how to control your mana in accordance with your will, it's time we move on to the next step,"

she spoke without facing me her voice was a bit shaky but she still had an air of superiority.

I smile once again embracing the feeling of fulfillment, I definitely just got an achievement, one the me of the past would never dream of accomplishing.

She then turned to face me with a sly smile on her face as she saw me smiling before she held her right palm out to my face. A purple wave of energy appeared in her palm.

An in an instant i was hit in the forehead which caused me to topple over on my back.

"W-what was that?!" I jumped to my feet instant holding my forehead

"Oh this it's the first stage of mana projection and since you've gotten the handle on mana circulation it's about time you move on to projection."

"What do you mean I've gotten a handle- oh I see." I felt the running energy flow through my body, I then thought of directing that flow from my core of acceptance to my core of enlightenment and the energy actually responded and directed itself upwards.

"But how?"

"You did it by making contact with your mana and creating a 50/50 contract making a balance with your mana and your will. Normally making such a contract would take months or even years but you actually had a conversation with your mana and it listened." She had her palm open as it faced the sky and a flickering purple energy appeared in her palm.

I was lost, her words seemed even more confusing than usual. "What do you mean I had a conversation with my mana, I don't recall anything like that happening so how?"

"It all started when it stopped to listen to your plea, you sincerely asked your mana to stop flowing using your will as a medium for communication and it listened."

"A conversation with my mana….. huh, weird…"

"Is it really, every existing entity on this planet possesses their own will as long as it's made from nature that's how the planets shows that's it's living and your mana is no exception to that."

She once again aimed her palm at me and fired another projectile of pure mana.

This time it stop in front of me and flickers like a purple flame the size of a basket ball that produced no heat. It was quite beautiful to look at which made me want to touch it.

I held up my hand and tried to poke it with my index finger but then a surge of energy rushed from my fingers and a golden flame the size of a golf ball appeared and froze infront of Madam Tsukio's mana. They both began to flicker as if communicating with one another getting bigger then shrinking in size before they both got drawn into one another and expanded as the melded becoming I've and a purple ball with golden streaks was all that remained flicking like a ball of flame.

I looked at Madam Tsukio, as I was shocked at what just happened hoping for an explanation but she was just as bewildered as I was even more so maybe.

"What just happened?"
