My right hand had a type of bracelet like I had seen on adults. It was a type of technology that displayed screens and where people could communicate. As I touched the bracelet, I was startled when a blue screen appeared in front of me.

The blue screen had several numbers and letters on it that I could not make out, although I could recognize Officer Dolph's face.

I touched the face on the screen and a type of sound began to emit from the bracelet. After a short time, Officer Dolph's face appeared on the screen, as if he were alive and speaking to me with a certain peculiarity.
