I was tired, somewhat bored, if not for the fact that it was the last chicken of the day, I would surely feel suffocated and somewhat depressed.

My eyes were riveted on the last customer as he dropped the money in my hands. I couldn't let go of my sincere smile at a job well done.

"Hasn't anyone ever told you that you look too much like the butcher in the clouds?" Said the customer, I flashed a smile and lifted my shoulders.

"They say it all the time" I said with a smile that filled me with pride and showed some complacency.

I gladly accepted the money and headed back to the restaurant to deliver bills.

Before I knew it, I was on my way to Aaron's workshop. It was the weekend so I could sleep with him, Aaron didn't even care if I stayed with him or not, every day he seemed more desperate for me not to leave his side and that pleased me.
