Walk in the snow 1

Instead of being hard-pressed by the storm, a young man walked in it unbothered by the gusts and snow, like someone who had spent his entire life in the tundras, surviving and dealing with the cold death.

Suffice it to say, he had not grown in any tundra and hadn't dealt with cold death until recently by any human standard, yet if one asked him, he would answer that the little time spent on these tundras felt like a lifetime.

A lifetime… 'How can things change so much in so little time?' In his mind, a bitter laugh echoed. Some people spend their entire lives in frozen tundras, yet he compared himself to them.

When collapse and decay hit, they hit relentlessly until nothing was left in their wake, a flawed truth. The world has passed through many extinction events, and human society has endured many catastrophes and fights that pushed it to the brink of life and death.
