To the academy

Jake rested and toured his home city, enjoying himself for a bit for the day. After leaving the next day for the academy, he had no idea when he was going to return.

If possible, he wanted to leave this city forever and never return but his home is here. It is the last place that he had his parents, it is the last place he had Joseph watching him grow. He can't leave that, no matter what.

If his house had no emotional attachment, he really wanted to sell it and disappear from this world. At this point, his growth needed to be kept secret and to do that he can't appear in places that people would except him to.

Jake wanted to take revenge for his parents' death, but he is not a fool. His revenge would have to be on hold for a few years. He was not sure that by the time he graduate from the academy, he would be powerful enough to avenge them.
