Vampire Proposes, Girl Refuses

The host has killed a level 8 shadow spectre.

The host's archery skills have reached level 8.

Automatic core withdrawal ensured.

Whizz, the shadow core flew through the air at a dazzling and astonishing speed, as though it wanted to destroy everything in its path.

In less than 5 seconds, it had already appeared before Sylvester, who already had his hands up.

The dark green luminous light illuminated the dark environment. One might even start to wonder how Sylvester had been able to fight and execute archery skills in such a dark environment with no light, except for the bright luminous rays of the moonlight that shone with a faint discernable lustre, but that surely wasn't enough to illuminate one's path.

The Shadow Spectre core should be arriving about now. Sylvester murmured.

Patt, the sound of metal hitting one's hand rang out. Sylvester's hands were raised at the approximate and correct time, no mistake, no error, and no slow pace; it was fast-paced and on point as his right hand caught hold of the shadow spectre core.

Looking at the dazzling dark green shadow spectre core, he couldn't help but shake his head. This world had now become a battlefield, and to survive, he would have to put down all his pride and ego. He would have to do the unbelievable and disgusting, as he had always done to survive. And he knew this was just the beginning; he would still face more dangerous situations and even more disgusting situations, and he would have no choice but to steel his guts and pierce through each of them. He thought as he threw the shadow spectre core into his mouth. He had already grown tired of eating cores himself. He wondered how those at level 10 felt upon swallowing such huge amounts of cores to arrive at level 10. Thinking about swallowing such a huge amount of cores, his body shuddered as his system voice resounded in his ears.

The host, Sylvester has consumed a level 8 shadow spectre. The host has leveled up to level 8. The host has gained level 10 stealth attributes. It has been altered into archery skills. The host's archery skills have reached level 10, the maximum for the current realm. That had taken quite some time. I'm afraid if Aven had seen this, he would have been shocked. Level 8... A 15-year-old at level 8. That is quite the shock. This is what is truly meant by talent. But Sylvester still had that look on his face as though he didn't care about all this. 'Huh,' level 8. This is the third level 8 creature that has been killed by me. So it seems that from level 7 to 8, it will take 3 level 8 cores for most of us to level up, while it might differ for someone. Thinking about this someone...

In a certain part, precisely the Dominica Island, in a northern city known as Domikin, a young girl was currently on her right knee. Her peerless face and jade-like body seemed as though they were carved by the gods themselves, with her pink fairy-like hair and pinkish attractive eyes. She stood with her right knee on the ground, using it to support herself with the help of a long, thin silver sword that had a noble aura emanating from it, giving out a dazzling and bright silvery light. In front of her stood a creature, a creature widely revered, respected, loved, feared, and hated by most, a creature referred to as nothing but a myth. One of the mythical creatures in the record of mankind. The creature possessed a hypnotic charm strong enough to leave anyone in the dust, strong enough to attract any female. The creature had a pale face, red lips, and almost unnoticed red eyes and suddenly spoke, revealing his two sharp fangs that hung down from his teeth. The creature, as I'm sure you all have thought, was a vampire.

"Young girl, I just told you, you can survive and live if you agree to be my soulmate, consenting to the soul bond, and you will become my soul mate."

The young girl, named Alexia, although she didn't know what a soulmate and soul bond meant, she did know one thing: the handsome vampire who looked even nobler than the normal vampires often depicted in mythical legends. As for how she could feel that he was quite noble, all thanks would have to be given to her sword and companion, Noblest. She could feel how greatly it was trembling, and she knew without a doubt that the vampire in front of her was of very high status.

"I will never be your soulmate," her sweet, intoxicating voice reverberated.

"Hehe he," the noble vampire said with a strange, ferocious grin, "the more you behave like this, the more I want to have you."

"I would rather die than become your soulmate," Jerisia said as she slashed forward with her sword. Her sword brought with it a dazzling silvery bright ray of light as it made its way toward the noble vampire. But the vampire, as though not paying any attention to the sword that was about to devastate him, still had a look of lust on his face, which he wasn't to be blamed for. The already over-pretty Jerisia before the Apocalyptic Era was enough to leave any man reeling in shock, not to talk of the Now Jerisia. She was too beautiful beyond compare, as though a goddess that had descended to the land of mortals. However, Jerisia knew that this would only further serve as a source of attraction which would, in turn, lead to danger even in the former known Earth, not to talk of the now Apocalyptic Era. She knew that she had to do something about it, but right now, her sword was about to cut through the noble vampire who still had a wide and ferocious grin on his lips.

A smile curled up on her lips as she knew that the noble vampire had fallen head over heels for her and wasn't able to react in time. But is that really the case?
