Chapter-26

"Master," Nir said with a furrowed brow, concern etched across his face. "Why are we going to heaven? It's not a place of comfort or safety, especially since you've locked away your powers. Heaven can be selfish and ruthless

Akira gently patted Nir's head to calm him down. She spoke slowly, "Nir, isn't it strange how fate brings coincidences? Out of everyone, we ended up meeting him. They recognized me as a flower fairy, and he began inviting me to heaven. I believe he is investigating my mother and wants my help. Since destiny has given us this opportunity, why not take advantage of it? Let's go to heaven with him and put an end to the regrets and hatred of the past generations."

"Master... do you really want to forgive him?"

"Forgive? It's such a heavy word, isn't it? I know that this hatred and regret run deep, affecting all of us. This burden weighs heavily on the entire six realms, especially in the floral realm. I can sense the pain in our hearts, and I understand that letting go isn't easy. But perhaps it's time to move on and leave the past behind. I can see them regretting their silence from back then. All these years of their efforts are enough to address my mother."

"But master, are we really going to leave with that phoenix? Do you really trust him that much?"

"He is the rival that I, Aadrika, recognize. I can trust him," Akira replied, pride swelling within her at the thought of her rival, though she was unaware of it.

She took Nir and walked towards their room.

"Lord Nirav..." She knocked on the door. Her sudden respect for the phoenix sent chills through Nir.

"How dare this damn phoenix make my master respect him?" Nir thought, boiling with anger.

Nirav saw them at the threshold and rushed towards them. He snatched Nir up and began petting him. It happened so quickly that Nir didn't have time to react.

"But the phoenix has magic in his hands... ohhh... this feels comfortable..." Nir found himself calming.

"Ayoohh... looks like you forgot me!" Akira teased, adding fuel to the fire.

Nilay suddenly opened his eyes and began to resist.

"Stay calm..." Nirav whispered in his ear.

"I... the great general of the Night Tribe... How dare you, damn phoenix? I endure... Let me get my power back... I'm going to show you the power of Nilay..."

"Lord, can I have a month to finish what I started here?" she asked.

"I understand. You need to complete what you started. Take your time; I won't rush you," Nirav reassured her.

"We will go back to heaven afterward," he continued, presenting her with a red jade badge. "When you finish your work, use this jade to call me. I will come and pick you up."

With that, Nirav and Adhyant vanished into thin air.
