Chapter-25

Lightning ceased as dawn broke, casting a surreal glow over the landscape. The horizon blazed a fiery red, the remnants of the clouds from the previous night retreating into the distance like a vanquished foe. Nirav stepped out of their room, his expression a mixture of relief and determination, with Adhyant trailing closely behind, his mind swirling with questions and possibilities. Once inside their room, Adhyant couldn't hold back his questions any longer.

"Lord... what are we doing?" Adhyant asked, nearly bursting with anticipation. His voice echoed slightly against the bare walls, instilling the room with an air of intensity.

"What?" Nirav asked, a playful smile dancing on his lips.

"I understand that Nir might be a good demon, but how can we bring a demon to heaven, especially you, the commander of the heavenly army?"

"Yes... by me, the commander of the heavenly army," Nirav responded, his voice tinged with melancholy.

"Adhyant, I can't explain it, but I really like him. Maybe it's the selfless kindness he showed when he tried to save a fairy he barely knew. Looking at him.. He looks around 500 years old, yet at such a young age, he tried to save a fairy he had just met. I think, not many in heaven are capable of that. And I noticed he had no intention of harm or any killing aura against her. He truly cares for Akira and wants to protect her. I'm also worried about what might happen if he encounters danger again."

"Okay, Lord... you better be prepared to explain this to Majesty. And... Lord, taking Akira to heaven could also be a risky decision."

"Why? I thought you liked that fairy and would be happy with my decision."

"Lord, of course, I was happy to meet her; I really liked her. She reminded me of all those friends I could never see, like finding a lost sister. But..."

"But what? Why are you panicking?"

"Lord... she..."

"You also guessed it right? Her identity is not simple..."

"Nila is not someone a minor fairy could meet at will, not to mention her stay at the chambers of Lord Esha. She's definitely not ordinary."

"I suspect she herself is unaware of her true identity, or else she wouldn't have revealed it in front of us. It seems she has lived a confined life, which explains her eagerness to explore freedom and her naïveté. She might not have interacted with many people," Nirav said with a playful smirk.

"Lord, we can't afford to offend the Floral Realm again, especially now when they are ready to move past the past." "It looks like something is brewing in the Floral Realm..." Nirav's expression shifted to a menacing smirk.
