Savior Or Foe?

Heinrich chuckled softly, "We had an entire community in Ancient Greece. Now it is just me, my children, and their uncle. Do you not think nature wants us to die out?"

The Princess shook her head, "Everyone has the right to live, no matter what creature. If they were born into this world, then they have the right to live."

His eyes widened, "You sure have a strange way of thinking," He chuckled, rolling the scrolls and putting them back inside the crate.

"No," The Princess murmured, "I think like this because I am selfish. If you are not selfish, you cannot survive."

Heinrich hummed, "I beg to differ. I think you are overestimating yourself, Sunshine."

"Why do you say so?"

"Why would you care to destroy the wormhole for a random immortal if you were so selfish?" He smiled.

"That is because I want to repay your favors. You have provided me with a place to stay. I ought to serve you and care for you," The Princess explained.
