Chapter 364 I Invited Avery

Darlene smiled and looked at Gustave without saying a word, waiting to see how he would continue to act.

Gustave was guilty and coughed lightly, "Or I'll sleep on the floor. The sofa is too small to sleep comfortably, and I'm fine sleeping on the floor."

As he spoke, he decently glanced outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The faint whoosh of the north wind came from outside, making him look even more pitiful if he slept on the ground.

He sighed again, saying, "It's winter now, and the ground should be cold, but I'm in good health and can endure it. You're different. You can sleep on the bed and won't catch a cold."

Darlene put the towel aside and sat on the edge of the bed to look at him.

She finally figured it out. "You said that to Aleena on purpose when you were in the car, didn't you? You said you wanted to change the blankets in the master bedroom, and you moved out to sleep in the second bedroom."
