Chapter 120 The Vampire King

Beth's POV

Damon brought us back to the banquet hall of the palace, which showed no signs of any fighting at all. The floor was clean, and the cutlery was neatly placed on the dining table. However, the few abrupt scratches on the pillars of the palace gave the truth away. It honestly recorded how fierce the battle was.

The air was still thick with the smell of blood, which enveloped the entire banquet hall. Such a stench made me sick. I forced myself to endure nausea and slowly walked forward.

In the middle of the banquet hall, at the palace table, a man sat quietly with a gentlemanly smile on his face. He must be Henry, the Vampire King.
