"Are you Natalie Johnson?"
Jade stepped forward, looked at Natalie, and smiled.
Natalie trembled and nodded. She used to be proud of being the Johnson Group's president at a young age.
However, when facing Jade, this achievement was nothing at all.
"G... General Perkins, I am Natalie. Do... do you need anything?" Natalie said tremblingly.
Jade nodded and said, "Not bad."
Then, she turned around and left.
Natalie was stunned and thought, "What was that supposed to mean?!"
Negino came forward with a dark face and said solemnly, "Were you talking about General Perkins behind her back?"
Luke stood up quickly and waved his hand. "No, sir. We absolutely dare not gossip about General Perkins!"
Negino nodded with satisfaction and said nothing else.
Natalie opened her mouth, wanting to mention the 20 million debts to Negino, but she didn't dare to speak after all.
Luke saw her hesitation and thought it was his chance to impress Natalie. "Mr. Mendez... could you please ask the Negino Commerce to pay the 20 million debts to the Johnson Group?"
Negino said, "Are you asking me to deal with such a tiny matter? Go deal with it yourself!"
Then, he went after Jade.
Luke didn't dare to talk to Negino anymore. He turned and smiled at Natalie. "Natalie, don't worry. I'll get your 20 million back tonight!"
After Jade and Negino left, the silence was finally broken.
"My dear! I was able to look at General Perkins at such a close distance. I can die smiling now!"
"I didn't expect General Perkins's aura to be so terrifying. When she came over, I couldn't even breathe! She's about our age, but her aura..."
"Natalie, General Perkins seems to know you. She also said that you are not bad. When did you know her?"
Natalie was dazed, and she didn't know what was going on at all.
"If Nathan didn't leave and still acted pretentiously in front of General Perkins, what would happen?" Hannah asked.
"Probably beaten up? No, General Perkins wouldn't even bother to pay attention to that bumpkin!" Luke shook his head and said slowly.
Natalie watched Jade walking away, clenched her fist, and muttered, "I'll work as hard as possible and become a woman like Jade!"
"Nathan, you're just a prison guard, a useless bumpkin. How can you possibly be worthy of me?"
At this moment, Nathan had already received a call from Miller. After he left the club, he came to a market in a Rolls-Royce.
Miller saw Nathan get out of the car and smiled. "Mr. Nathan, I'm sorry to bother you. I need to ask you to look at this object!"
Nathan agreed, and Miller asked the shopkeeper to show him a painting.
Nathan looked at it carefully for a moment, then nodded. "How much?"
"One hundred million," Miller said nervously.
"Buy it." Nathan was too lazy to say anymore.
Miller immediately took out his card to pay. A group of experts was shocked and looked at each other in disbelief.
Who was this young man? How did he make Miller buy a painting that even they couldn't identify?
"Mr. Hopp, we're so lucky. We found the rarest herb in this store! I have made the medicine for you, and you can drink it directly." An old man in a suit was holding a teacup while talking with a middle-aged man who seemed unwell.
Gerard Hopp, the mayor of Mimar City, took the teacup and said with a smile, "Mr. Sanders, thank you for treating my disease these days. When I get better, I will make more policies to support the development of traditional medicine!"
Carlos Sanders laughed and said, "You're very welcome. It's my duty to treat diseases and save people!"
"That is the mayor of our city. He had a strange disease recently, and many famous doctors couldn't cure him."
"Mr. Sanders is so experienced! He found the herb and made the medicine; he's the best doctor!"
"Even a big man in Emperia City will need an appointment to see Mr. Sanders. Many people can't see him no matter how wealthy they are."
Nathan glanced at them and stepped forward rapidly.
Just as Gerard took the teacup, Nathan stretched out and held the teacup in Gerard's hand.
"If you want to live more days, you'd better not drink this medicine." Nathan shook his head.
Gerard was stunned, while Carlos became furious. "Where did this brat come from? How dare you doubt my medicine?"
Miller was startled when he saw Nathan go forward, and he explained hurriedly. "Mr. Sanders, don't be angry. This is my friend, and please don't take his unpleasant words in mind..."
Gerard saw Miller and nodded. "Mr. Walter, tell your friend to mind his tongue!"
Nathan said indifferently, "You don't have a disease; someone is trying to kill you. You won't live for long if you drink the medicine made from that rarest herb."
Carlos was displeased and said coldly, "Nonsense! Do you want to fool me? Or do you think you're a better doctor than I am?"
Everyone shook their heads. Carlos was a top doctor in Hechland, and it was ridiculous that Nathan doubted Carlos's medicine would kill Mr. Hopp.
Gerard's face was gloomy, and he shouted, "Mr. Walter, discipline him now, or I'll take action."
Miller smiled wryly. He would never dare to discipline Mr. Nathan.
"Whatever." Nathan shrugged and left.
Carlos smiled. "Don't worry. He's just a clown trying to fool everyone. Please drink the medicine."
Gerard nodded and drank the medicine. A moment later, he felt a sense of relief.
"Mr. Sanders, you are indeed the best doctor! Your medicine cured my disease!" Gerard laughed loudly, feeling comfortable and full of energy.
Everyone started to praise Carlos's medical skills when they saw it.
"It is said that it's easy to become sick, but it's hard to recover! However, Mr. Sanders healed Mr. Hopp in a heartbeat!"
"Mr. Sanders is such a great doctor! He healed Mr. Hopp's disease at once! It's amazing!"
Carlos smiled when he heard these compliments. He had heard too many similar compliments in his life.
Gerard looked at Nathan proudly and smiled. "Young man, what else do you want to say now?"
"This is your remaining lifetime!" Nathan raised a hand without looking back.
Gerard was taken aback. "Five days? Huh!"
"Five days later, if I'm still alive, you should consider the consequence of offending Mr. Sanders!"
Miller felt worried. Mr. Nathan offended the mayor; what should he do?
"Five."
"Four."
"Three."
Suddenly, Nathan started to count down coldly.
