The weather is amazing today. The sun is out and shining brightly, but there is a slight breeze that keeps us from sweating too much. The water also feels amazing, especially when the wind stops. 


“This was an even better idea than the cookout and the dinner last night. I know the dinner had ulterior motives, but this, mmm, great idea,” Kat says as she peers over her glasses, watching the guys play volleyball in the water. 


All of the guys showed up today. Marcus and Jackson were able to convince the other two to play a game of volleyball in the water while Kat and I enjoyed watching them from our spot on the beach. We’ve laid out our beach towels, too lazy to bring chairs with us. Eric offered to load his boat with whatever we needed, but a towel is always the best option.
