Passing tourists started to scream in panic:
"Someone fired a gun!"
"There's been a murder!"
"There's blood!"
"Call the police now!"
...
The previously quiet mountain top was instantly thrown into chaos. The timid ones covered their heads and scattered in fear, worried about their own lives.
From the shadows emerged several people in black, two or three leaping towards a wild cherry tree. They knelt before a pool of blood and slowly lifted a young man who lay on top of an unconscious girl, patting her and asking, "Miss Ella, Miss Ella, are you alright?"
Other men in black were relaying the situation on the scene to Dilbert Walker:
"Miss Ella was attacked on her way to the north mountain. Someone opened fire."
"Fortunately, the young man by her side noticed in time and took the bullet for her. However, his condition is critical, the bullet having pierced through his left chest."
"We have three men pursuing the assailant, he won't slip away!"
