Lu Zheng was confused. One moment ago, Houyan Meili was flying towards him, the very next, she was clinging to him.

After Lu Zheng walked out of the room, Houyan Meili sat upright on the bed again, her face a relic of their conversation.
She swiftly rummaged through her spatial ring and sensing that nothing was missing, she heaved a breath of turbid air. There were too many valuable items in her spatial ring that they could never be lost.
She then tucked her hand under the bed sheet towards her lower half, bathing her fingers in its moistness.
"His woman, hmph" Houyan Meili chuckled at her silliness before tearing a spatial passage. Taking one last glance at the room, she exited through the spatial passage.
Lu Zheng smirked as he sensed the disappearance of Houyan Meili's aura. Even though he did not invade her privacy by using his Sea of Consciousness, he could sense that her presence had already left.
From what had happened the day before, Lu Zheng had benefitted far more than just pleasure.
