The choking aura thickened as a humanoid creature stepped out of the spatial passage. The space around the creature whined and creaked merely because of his presence.
The humanoid creature stood at a majestic height of nine hundred metres and his entire body was covered in purple scales that had a metallic sheen. Dense purple miasma diffused from his extensively large body. A large battle scythe was wielded by the creature.
The people that were engulfed by the purple miasma had their bodies corroded as they died instantly.
Within the few seconds of his appearance, thousands of people had already died without him lifting a finger.
Fear gripped the hearts of the onlookers as they watched the colossal figure in the sky.
They felt like their lives were no more within their control and that they were like ants, waiting to be crushed without the slightest of resistance.
"So this is Chang Court. It's not too shabby of a place" The figure bellowed, poisonous fumes escaping his mouth as he spoke.
Suddenly, nine figures clad in white rose up into the sky and stood around the gigantic creature.
Their bodies were similar to that of the human race except that their skin was very pale like they were anaemic. Their bodies seemed weak as if they could be blown away by the slightest breeze but their eyes brimmed with strong vitality.
They were all from the Spirit race.
"Devil Lord, for what reason have you decided to grace our Chang Court?" A man asked gently.
His cultivation base was the highest among the nine being at the third tier of the God realm. Every slight movement of his caused a reaction with the Heavenly Dao.
"Hahaha" The Devil Lord laughed wildly. "What do you think? Ever since Reverend Spectral Demon discovered the Sea of Nirvana during the Remote Primeval Era, my Devil race has desired it strongly. However, your race banned us from even taking a simple dive in it. I am here now to claim the Secluded Domain of Heaven and Earth"
"Devil Lord Edu Shashou, you do know this is going against the arrangements of Reverend Spectral Demon" A woman at the second tier of God realm spoke quickly.
Although her tone was gentle, her expression was visibly that of fury.
"Hehe, the Reverend is long dead and you split souls will soon join him. Today is the day the Devil Lord claims hell [
"Then we can only fight you" The man from earlier said resolutely.
