The six-legged fox was the first to die and the sword spike jedi soon died after it. Eight Layered Thunder Flow had unmatchable might.
Normally, Lu Zheng would be nearly out of Qi after using the technique but he was using Essence from the fragmented Qi fruit. He was like a machine with infinite ammunition.
Justin nearly screamed from pain and rage from the death of the beast phantoms. He had expended many cultivation materials and vital stones to refine the beast phantoms but now, they were nearly all gone.
The flat shell ape was the last beast phantom alive but it was not in a good shape. One of its arms was utterly destroyed and its shell was greatly disfigured. From time to time, it would shake involuntarily as lightning criss-crossed it. A nice scent also radiated from it like it was being cooked alive.
The Fire Deity and Lightning Deity were also harmed. Their figures flickered and their attacks were already weak. If Lu Zheng hadn't been sending streams of Essence to them, they would have died long ago.
Suddenly, Lu Zheng appeared behind Justin as thousands of icicles formed around him. The air suddenly grew cold and icy.
"Xiu! Xiu! Xiu!"
The icicles pierced the air as they appeared and disappeared into spatial gaps. Their trajectories were completely impossible to predict.
"What is this?" Justin felt like coiling into a corner and crying his heart out. Since the beginning of this fight, Lu Zheng had used techniques of different paths without pause.
"How did this guy cultivate?"
What Justin was confused the most about was that Lu Zheng seemed to have an infinite source of Qi. Despite having two Qi fruits, Justin was already on his last legs yet a Void Passage realm expert seemed to have even more Qi than him.
It was simply inconceivable.
The icicles emerged from spatial gaps and disappeared. In an instant, the shield of the flat shell ape was completely riddled with holes and cracks. The beast phantom itself was covered from head to toe with its own blood.
"Lu Zheng!" Justin screamed in anger and frustration. His weapon rolled in his hands as thousands of phantoms of the weapon formed around Lu Zheng.
Lu Zheng could sense that the phantoms of the double bladed sword possessed strong killing intent and each of them could harm him.
"But…" Lu Zheng's thoughts shifted as space sealed around him. The phantoms of the double bladed sword froze for a small fragment of a second before resuming their motion.
That small fragment of a second was very small and most people could not even sense it but for Lu Zheng, it was a completely different matter.
His body shimmered as a black light oozed from his body. Justin suddenly felt it impossible to even look at the man.
"Soul path!" Justin's heart shook.
Immediately, a strong fear crept over him that he used the flat shell ape to protect himself.
"It's too late" Lu Zheng smiled as he swung Mei Luan. The flat shell ape cut into a million pieces within an instant as Lu Zheng appeared behind Justin. "This is the end"
With a single motion, Mei Luan pierced Justin's back and a yellow light bathed his body, teleporting him out of the arena.
"Ding, ding, ding~"
Lu Zheng's wristband flickered with bright lights but he was too tired to check it. He knew he had overexerted himself.
Lu Zheng left the Battle Arena for his home and cultivated his soul. After a long period, he continued inscribing formations in the Spirit Grade formation plate artifacts.

Central Continent, Pridal Flower State, Ink Grass Field
Ink Grass Field was a middle scale resource point [1]. It was like a patch of grass the size of ten football fields. The grass that grew there was dark blue grass called ink grass and was tens of metres tall.
Ink grass was a rank seven ink path cultivation material. Its leaves were long and narrow and curved downwards at the tip. At maturity, deep droplets of ink would form at the tips and drip to the ground.
Mortals used the ink from the ink grass to write and draw but martial practitioners used it differently. The leaves of ink grass were used to refine Talented Literature Immortal Pill.
The Talented Literature Immortal Pill was used by ink path martial practitioners to quickly access their latent talent and was produced by Pridal Flower State's strongest information path force, Su Clan.
At the moment, Su Haoran sat at the centre of Ink Grass Field with his legs crossed. He only wore trousers, displaying his fine muscles that made his female attendant, Ma Xia Na, to have some difficulty breathing.
His face was calm and serene like the surface of a still lake and his body smelled like the finest perfumes. Ink Qi from the ink grass flowed into his meridians and became information Qi at the base of his belly where his aperture was.
He was cultivating.
Ma Xia Na stood a distance from him as she watched him cultivate. She was attracted by his wonderful physique and could not stop herself from staring. It was only after a while that she regained her senses and remembered why she was here.
"Young master, First Supreme Elder has summoned you" Ma Xia Na said as she walked over. Her eyes however roamed his body greatly as her face became flushed.
"Hmm" Su Haoran nodded as he stood up. After taking a deep breath and smiling, he faced Ma Xia Na. "Let's get going then"
