Chapter 46: Shocks and Steel

Aiden and Elara faced their final opponents in the Red Ring tournament, Dante and Miguel. The beaten man's warning still lingered in their minds as they stepped into the ring. These adversaries were rumored to be extremely dangerous, and Aiden and Elara knew they had to stay focused.

Before the match began, they sought out the familiar face of the beaten man for any last-minute advice. He confirmed the strength of their opponents, further fueling Aiden and Elara's determination to win. They huddled together, strategizing on how to face Dante's high-voltage electricity and Miguel's body-transforming steel power.

Dante took advantage of Miguel's position, reaching out to touch him. With a surge of electricity, Dante sent shocks coursing through Miguel's steel-clad body, transferring the electrical charge to Elara. Painful jolts coursed through her, and she cried out, wracked by the electric onslaught.

Elara, her anger smoldering from Miguel's unorthodox tactics, took a bold step toward the center of the arena. With her Neo light power, she began to manipulate the water in the ring, creating a swirling whirlpool on the floor. The water responded to her command, forming a dangerous, churning vortex.

Dante, seeing the whirlpool, decided to try and disrupt Elara's plans by shocking the water with his high-voltage electricity. However, to his surprise, Elara remained unfazed as her Neo light-infused water absorbed and dispersed the electrical charges.

With a determined look in her eyes, Elara used her Neo light-imbued broom tassels to reach out and ensnare Dante and Miguel. Her tassels moved like the tentacles of a kraken, wrapping around the two opponents tightly.

With a swift, precise motion, Elara lifted them off the ground, suspending Dante and Miguel in mid-air. She then began to slowly lower them into the swirling whirlpool, trapping them within the vortex of water.

As they descended into the water, Dante and Miguel struggled, realizing the dire situation they were in. The pressure and disorientation of the whirlpool made it impossible for them to use their powers effectively. Desperate, they tapped the arena floor, signaling their surrender.

The referee quickly declared Aiden and Elara the victors of the match, marking their triumph in the tournament. Their unyielding teamwork, adaptability, and Elara's creative use of Neo light had once again proven to be a winning combination.

As they left the ring, victorious yet again, Aiden and Elara exchanged a triumphant glance. They had faced formidable opponents and come out on top, proving that their strength and bond continued to grow with each challenge they encountered.
