<p>She was aware of Vallus' many affairs but she had never caught him in the act. Her anger knew no bounds as she stood there frozen in place watching Vallus who seemed to be enjoying himself too much. She took a deep breath in. She did not trust Vallus not to demand rites to severe their mateship and she was not going to let the prophecy of her being mated to the ordinary come true so she willed herself to walk away without causing a scene. </p>
