Chapter One Hundred & Fifty Seven: An Imminent War

Artemis was overwhelmed with the flood of complaints that serenaded the palace daily. He had had to shut the gates as a result of the people came in daily to complain. He remembered that during Dana's reign, when a group of person's had protested at the palace gates, she had sent them to the torture room but the people gathered outside his gate were in their hundreds, how many of them was he going to torture? The frustrating part about the whole melee was that they were chanting something about the blue wolf. What did they mean by this? There was no hunger in the land; he had ensured that in spite of the flood they were all fed and there were no security threats yet they were gathered outside demanding that he provide them with concrete evidence that he had killed the blue wolf because apparently, there have been sightings of the blue wolf and they had brought her 'blue fur' as evidence.
