"The prophecy does not specify what path I am supposed to pave Fern," Velma responded. "And like I said, I have to train my powers or world's will seize to exist."

Fern's shoulders dropped. "I guess I cannot stop you then, to avoid the wrath of the gods."

"Hmm," Velma said. She looked at Evgenikós and the witch gave a nod.

"So you will be heading to the land of the druids?"

"The land of witches," Velma said, she had intention to keep her promise to Evgenikós.

"I shall see you off," Fern said. "I take it you do not know the portal?"

"No," Velma said. "We were hoping to figure it out."

"You did not think I would help you?" Fern asked. "Am I that bad of a person?" There was a small smile on her face.

"No, but we understand your desperation," replied Evgenikós.

"Promise me you shall be back with our king."

"I shall do my best," replied Velma.

"Shall we then?" Fern asked.

"Certainly."
