When you were born, you'll have a mark on one of your arms with anything that your soul mate really loved, whether it's a delicious cake, the bright sun, anything. And, at the age of 7 you can write something on your wrist, don't worry it's not permanent you can erase the writings to write more, and communicate with your soulmate!
