CHAPTER 64

Alisha Chuma (POV)

Time flew pretty fast and in the past few weeks, I have been so busy that time for pleasure wasn’t even found.

As an owner of a school and institution, despite having several subordinates to serve me, there were some things that I was required to do personally. And thanks to that, I have been so busy that concentrating on my ex-husband’s affair was pushed aside as well.

It was April, and the schools were closing. With each year having three school terms, the first term was ending on that day.

Watching the kids as they happily cheered while holding their school reports which I believe that they would deliver to their parents though it had always been a tradition for my school to send the parents another copy of results again, I couldn’t help but feel complicated.

I didn’t have much time left to see these kids and knowing that by December latest, I would no longer be in this country, I felt nostalgic at the thought of it.
