"Have you heard of the legend?" A granny starts with her grandchild in her lap



Once upon a time in a land enveloped by snow,a land unvisited by the sun where even a fraction of fire could not exist

There lived a tyrant



A ghost king,who emerged victorious from fighting over thousands and thousands of ghosts in one go


And on the day the divine heaven regarded as the one day the sun shines the brightest,what should've been bright and warm,became dark and cold,for it is also that day that the tyrant emerged victorious claiming the title Ghost king,the 5th of the heavenly calamity,the heaven shook for 6 incense time that day




"What does the ghost king look like granny?"the grandchild ask innocence burning in his eyes as it sparkled,so his grandmother says




They say he is like ice,skin so pale he looked like a dead body pulled from the depth of ocean,hair frosty white that almost came down to hide his eyes,and his eyes......one look at his eyes and you accept you fate,for his eyes screamed death,a sorrowful mourn of the dead,as if his eyes contains death itself

Oh!and people says he has holes on his face too

"Really granny? that's not true right?"


"Who knows?but it's time for you to go to bed now,or else he will come"His granny tickles his toes, giggle bursting out

"B-but granny, you've never told me his name"


No one knows his name actually,but since his story came and reached the farthest of land,he was known to be called "Graceful white death",for the chilling breeze and the freezing cold announced his presence,

And it is said even the sun would freeze in fear of him

Bojing is completely puzzled,how could there be a mansion down here?and for what?

"Bojing do you sense that?" Lihui became quite and Bojing took time to focused his sense

And he noticed a spiritual energy emanating from everywhere

Someone had used magic to hide this place,and it is someone powerful

Lihui felt chills went down his spine but nevertheless he went forward toward the mansion

"What?!wait wait are you serious? you're still going there?" Bojing grabs him quickly before Lihui could step even further

"Well i still have my mission" Lihui simply says

Bojing knows Lihui is kinda dumb with situations like this,and that is exactly why he came,to keep him safe

So reluctantly he walks forward with him

The lake surrounding the mansion was not too big but just enough to cause danger to whoever tried to recklessly cross over

And after analysing the structure Lihui quickly find a secret way, where a slight arch of the ground protrude,just enough for people to walk with only their legs in the lake

"Here, let's go" Lihui signals Bojing

Halfway through, Bojing looks around for things he finds suspicious and to his surprise he found butts in the lake,well two butts

"What is that?" He almost screamed

"Oh my heaven, let's help them quick!"Lihui grabs rope from his bag and threw it at them and as if it was alive,the rope tangled itself to the butts and pulled them toward Lihui

"You brought that?"Bojing was surprised with how prepared Lihui was being

"You never know" Lihui just shrugs

The two butts belong to none other than two fellow gods

They were both decently dressed and from the look of it they both seemed to be martial gods,they were both covered in blood so they couldn't realise who they were exactly

And seeing as they look kinda dead,they figured it would be best to leave them for now but when they were about to leave,a hand suddenly grabbed Bojing's leg

The sudden touch made him shriek demonically,his voice resonated throughout the huge cave

"D-don't leave us" the owner of one of the butts says

Out of instinct Bojing kicked him right on the head, causing him to fall unconscious once more

"Bojing!!" Lihui scolds him, quickly tending to the butt owner

"He surprised me!"Bojing defended himself before tended to the butt too

After a while,the unconscious butt owner woke up

Rubbing his forehead that formed a huge bulge "what happened?"

"We found you in the lake" Bojing says coughing a few

"Oh!" He seems to remember something when his eyes became wide "Meixiu?where Meixiu?"

"Meixiu? who's Meixiu?" Bojing asks

"Maybe this one?" Lihui points to the one laying still unconscious with his butt part of clothing torn off, displaying the goodies all in it's glory

"Oh goodness,but please cover him up"

"You should see yours too" Bojing says with a snicker

"What's your name anyway?"Lihui asks as he nudge Bojing a little

The man infront of them,hurried in his action to hide his "treasure" turned to them,redder than the blood on his entire body "my name is Yuanhe,i am a martial god of the heavenly court,and this is Meixiu,also a heavenly official"

"Oh!we are too" Lihui adds "we are on a mission to kill a ghost"

And he told them of how they fell down the lake when they were busy arguing about what's best with noodles to notice the lake in front and it leads them to this

He thanks them for saving him,saying they could've died if they hadn't come

"Can you look after your friend we need to go inside" Lihui says

"Yes,of course,we will wait for you here" Yuanhe replied

And so Lihui and Bojing went inside the mansion

Where something unexpected waits for them!
