Chapter 8: Route Three

Birds chirped freely outside Luna's bedroom window while bright light peeked through her curtains, the beam of light warming her cheek as it glistened against her closed eyes. Luna stretched as she awoke, her arms quickly met her fluffy feathered Pokemon whose ruffled wings and arms hugged Luna's warm body.

She smiled and hugged her sleeping Pokemon tightly in her arms, "Good morning, my sweet Casper."

The bird-like Pokemon yawned cutely and shook his feathers, ruffling to maximum fluffiness as he held onto his trainer and looked up at her cutely as he lay in her arms.

Luna kissed his forehead immediately after seeing his adorable face.

She held him close to her chest, "Let's get dressed and head downstairs for breakfast."

Luna sniffed the air and took quick notice of the strong bacon aroma lingering. "Oh, looks like mom beat us to it!"

She jumped out of bed with her Pokemon and got dressed before heading downstairs.

As Luna stomped downstairs in a hungry rush, she saw her mother and Maple, both looking a bit disheveled with bedhead but calmly sitting at the dining room table. They were both chatting and taking sips of their coffee with Slither sitting in between them on the floor, eating some eggs and bacon on a plate.

"Good morning!" Luna said as she slid by the two and hurried to grab the eggs and bacon that were left for her and Casper on the Kitchen counter.

"Morning!" replied both of the women.

"You both said you were going to stay up to watch your show together last night, but you two were already passed out halfway through the show!"

Maple sighed and blushed a bit embarrassed, "Wine tends to have that effect on me."

Holly shrugged, "Me too, it's the curse of boxed wine."

Luna laughed as she put down a plate for Casper and herself before the two started eating, "Thanks for the food!"

"I know our necks are killing us from sleeping sitting upright, but how did you sleep Hunnie? Did you get a good night's sleep?" asked her mother as she sipped from her mug.

Luna smirked at the thought of her wonderful night but hid her blush well, "Oh yeah, the Pokemon Center beds are as hard as rocks! I really needed my bed for one night! I feel so refreshed it's crazy."

Holly smiled, "Good!  I'm so happy you came to visit so soon on your journey, are you sure you don't want to stay another day or two before you head off to BoulderCreek Village?" her mother looked a bit concerned as the last sentence escaped her lips.

"Mom, I'll be fine! I have Casper and Slither now, we're unstoppable!" Luna lifted her arm and flexed the bit of muscle she had with a wide grin on her face.

However, under her facade, Luna had not been looking forward to traveling the route to Boulder Creek Village. Her experience on the route has haunted her for years, it was the reason why she decided to head towards GullCoast City first, even though Pisces was ranked a harder challenge than BoulderCreek's Gym Leader, Boren. Luna hid this feeling deep down and faced it with a fake smile for so long, assuring her mother that she was fine. But this distant memory still affects her to this day.

Luna hid her hand under the table as she clenched her fist, Casper quickly noticed his trainer's change in emotion, despite her hiding it well, and flew over to Luna, hugging her suddenly. This abrupt hug quickly shook Luna out of her deep thoughts and back to reality as she felt her feathery friend embrace her face.

"C-Casper!?" she laughed softly as she buried her face in his feathers.

"Aw, well that's adorable. You must be a great trainer, Luna. You can really tell your Pokemon cares for you." Maple spoke in earnest.

Luna held Casper as she let go of the hug, letting him sit in her lap as she returned to the conversation, "And I care deeply for them too." She simpered, "I haven't known them for too long, but I can say honestly that I don't know what I would do without them."

Casper seemed content with himself as he snuggled into her lap. Slither, getting a bit jealous, stood up and leaned his front legs on top of Luna's knee his tail wagged side to side as he awaited his trainer's touch. Luna pet Slither's head, his tail wagged furiously as she scratched under his chin.

Holly smiled with a bit of worry lingering in her eyes, "If you say you are ready, then I'll believe in you, sweetheart."

Maple nodded, "I certainly believe in you as well, many trainers that are only half as tough as you go through that route every day now."

Luna sighed, "Yep! And they turn out fine, I'm sure whatever Pokemon I saw back then is long gone by now anyway!"

  "Oh, true." replied her mother.

Maple put her hand on Holly's hand coyly, "See Holly, you have nothing to worry about! You're more worried than Luna is!"

Holly smiled, "I guess you are right..." She turned to face Luna, "Sorry Hunnie, I don't mean to get worked up. I just get worried about you and these things, you know?"

"I-It's alright, mom. I know you are just looking out for me!" Luna replied brightly as she finished eating her breakfast. She then stood up with Casper and Slither in her arms, "Anyway, I should probably get ready to head out, I wanted to leave a bit early today so I only have to spend one night on the route instead of two." Luna began walking upstairs to her room.

Maple noticed her hand still on Holly's and chuckled nervously before removing it, "T-That's a good idea, Luna!" she shouted to the young woman as she hurried upstairs.

Holly sighed, "You do think that she'll be okay, right?"

Maple sipped her Coffee, "Luna is a strong girl. Plus, she has Pokemon with her now, and I can't speak for Slither, but Casper is a prodigy for his species. I've seen him in battle once before, he's really good!"

Holly, in turn, placed her hand on Maple's, "Thank you for reassuring me, Maple. I just worry for her sometimes. Her father was so much better at handling things like this than I am."

Maple smiled kindly, "Of course Holly. Trust me, I would never let your daughter go through that route if I thought it was dangerous in any way. So long as she doesn't wander from the path, there is no reason she should be in any danger."

Upstairs Luna was reluctantly getting ready. She had been so excited to go to Boulder Creek Village recently but now she felt dread as she got her backpack together. After putting it together she sat on the bed and looked down at her Pokemon, who sat beside her.

She exhaled slowly and gave a sad smile, "I'm sorry I'm being dumb guys. I just have anxiety when I think about going through the route. But, I want to be a good trainer- No, I want to be a better trainer!" She slapped her cheeks and stood up, "As I said, we are unstoppable! We'll get to Boulder Creek Village, no problem!" she spoke as she hyped herself up.

Luna knew she'd never give up on being a trainer and that this was just another bump in the road on her journey to become a Pokemon Master. "Alright, boys!" She shouted as she turned to her Pokemon, who both looked eagerly at her, "Let's head out!"

Luna walked downstairs, fully geared up with her Pokemon in tow behind her.

  Holly stood up, "A-Already!?"

Luna smiled, "Sorry, mom! I just didn't want to get too comfortable and never leave!"

Holly giggled as she rushed over and hugged her daughter tightly, "If anything happens, come straight home alright!?"

"Of course!" she hugged her mom tightly, remembering how much she had been helped by her caring mother over the years. Tears began to form as she pulled away and quickly wiped her face, "Don't worry, I'll be back before you know it!"

Holly smiled sadly, teary-eyed, "I'm sure of it!" She gave her daughter one last hug as Luna headed towards the door.

"It was nice seeing you again Professor! I'll make sure to give you any updates on Slither!" Luna waved to the Professor.

"It was a pleasure! And please do!" Maple waved to Luna as she headed out.

Holly waved and shouted goodbye to her daughter as she watched her walk down the road once more, knowing it would be a while for her child to come back home. She sighed, "There she goes..."

A half-hour later, Luna reached the edge of town as she came up to the start of "Route 3". This forest path seemed less welcoming than "Route 4's" path towards GullCoast City. The trees that filled this side of the forest seemed to have small gray streaks covering their outsides and the leaves were shades of orange and yellow almost as if fall had already come. Luna stepped down the windy and gray dirt path with stride as she looked down at the Pokemon beside her.

"There's nothing to worry about, it's just a road!" She told herself as she began walking down the path.

The further from the town she got, the faster she felt her heartbeat as she turned around to see the now distant entrance to the route but a speck in the distance.

She sighed as she looked down at Slither walking behind her and Casper floating close behind, "Stick by me, okay? I'm keeping you guys out of your Pokeballs for now, alright? Just let me know if you get tired and I'll put you in your Pokeballs, okay?"

Both Pokemon nodded and quickly followed their trainer. The light made it seem like it was a cloudy day when Luna swore that there wasn't a cloud in sight before she entered the route.

"Why the heck does this route have to be so damn creepy!?" she asked aloud as she hurried her brisk walk to a slight jog, wanting to get this trip over as soon as possible.

A few hours into her walk, Luna grew accustomed to the Fall-like scenery and the gray dirt path underneath her. "Geez, I was making such a big deal about this but even the trainer we passed earlier said that this route gave him creeps at first too!"

Luna seemed much calmer now that she was re-experiencing the route in the daytime. Luna looked back to see Slither slowing down a bit as they walked and she bent down, "Why don't you rest up, for now, okay, I'll let you out if there's trouble."

Slither licked his trainer's hand. Luna smiled as she returned the Pokemon to its Pokeball. She stood back up and continued down the path with Casper resting on her shoulder as she walked.

This sun reached the middle of the sky as mid-day broke, "Ugh, it seems like we are walking past the same trees over and over even though I know we are going straight."

  "Togetic!" Casper said in agreement.

As they walked, Luna noticed a gang of Murkrow flying about in a group in the middle of the path. As Luna neared the group, they seemed to be pecking at something red, which at first, Luna thought of the worst things but quickly realized that it was a Pokemon that was still fighting back as it was attacked by the gang of Murkow.

Luna gasped, "Casper help that Pokemon! Use Fairy Wind!"

Casper nodded and flew off of Luna's shoulder, dashing towards the bird Pokemon. He flapped his wings and a gust of powerful pink winds lifted the fallen leaves into the air along the path, creating a pink whirlwind that tore into the attacking Murkrow.

The group seemed to get the message but honked angrily at Luna and Casper as they flew away.

"Yeah, yeah! Just get out of here!" Luna shouted angrily as she ran to check up on the injured Pokemon in the middle of the road.

Now that she was closer, Luna realized that this Pokemon was a Ledyba, she knelt down near the Pokemon which quickly spun around, still afraid of the whole situation. It shouted at Luna, warning her to stay away.

"Ledyba!" It cried out in a high pitch, the Pokemon was clearly injured due to the attack and was bleeding from its wounds.

Luna tried to reach out to the Pokemon but it quickly went to attack her with what little energy it had left.

"H-hey, calm down. We are trying to help."

  "Toge- Togetic!"

Both trainer and Pokemon tried to calm down the injured and angry Ledyba but had no luck.

Luna sighed before taking out a Pokeball, "Sorry little guy, you're hurt pretty bad and you won't let us help so this is the only way I know how to help you for right now..."

Luna lifted her leg up like a professional baseball pitcher and threw her Pokeball at the Ledyba.

The Pokemon was too shocked to react in time and was decked head-on with the Pokeball before being engulfed in red light and being absorbed into the Pokeball. The Pokeball was still mid-air after the collision with the Pokemon and Casper quickly caught it and flew it over to Luna. The Pokeball shook three times before giving off a loud click, signifying the Pokemon's capture.

"Sorry pal, I'll get you to a Pokemon Center as soon as I can." she looked at the Pokeball a bit guiltily as she looked back to the Togetic, "Good job, Casper!" she high-fived the Pokemon.

  "Let's keep going then."

Casper nodded, floating in front of Luna s they walked, being on the lookout for any Murkrow that might want any revenge.

"That poor Ledyba, they're usually dead meat when they are on their own in the wild, I wonder what they were doing out here by themselves?"

Casper Shrugged his arms as he looked back at his trainer.

"Let's just hope that it's not like Slithers case and he's not a bug-type or something. No offense Slither!"

Slither's Pokeball shook with ferocity at the comment before calming down.

Luna giggled at this and continued down the path.

A few hours later, the sun was making its descent in the still seemingly cloudy sky when Luna noticed something strange further up the route path.

"What the...?" Luna looked puzzled as she and Casper came upon a fork in the middle of the road. Both Paths leading left and right looked identical in every way.

"Wait a second." Luna unexpectedly remembered this place, shivers were sent down her spine as she recalled this place.

"I-I've been here before. Back when I was trying to be a trainer for the first time."

  Casper cooed at her sympathetically.

"I don't remember which path is the right one... B-But I know that one of these routes leads to that... thing." Luna's legs shook before she held herself together.

"Togetic!" Casper tried to distract the Trainer as he flew around and examined the fork.

"R-Right, there should be a sign somewhere." Luna and Casper searched the nearby underbrush for a sign or some kind of marker before she found a metal pole sticking out of the ground, in front of the fork in the road.

"Well here is the pole but, where is the sign?" Luna looked very confused as she searched the area before abruptly hearing laughing coming from nearby.

Casper immediately went on the defense as he flew close to his trainer.

Luna looked up at the source of the laughter to see the same group of Murkrow from before, "Oh you've gotta be shitting me! Did you take the sign!?"

The gang of Murkrow all sat in the tree and laughed at Luna.

Casper puffed up his cheeks angrily and sent a Fairy Wind attack at the group of Pokemon in the tree. The sound of squawks filled the air as black feathers fell in droves while the injured Murkow's flew away.

"Toge! Togetic!" Casper shouted at the Pokemon as they flew away.

Luna was a bit shocked having never seen Casper react so angrily before, but it made her happy knowing that he was angry for her sake.

She walked up behind him and hugged the floating Pokemon tightly, "Thank you, Casp. But, it's alright. I forgot we had this!"

Luna reached into her backpack and pulled out her GPS, "Thank goodness we have this, otherwise... I don't wanna think about what would have happened."

She booted up the GPS device and the map showed that the path to the right of the fork was the correct way to go. Luna picked her pack back up and headed down the correct path, she held Casper in her arms as she walked.

A few hours later the sun began to set and Luna had stopped on the side of the route to set up camp for the night.

She released Slither from his Pokeball to join her and Casper for dinner, "Hey Slither, can you use Ember on the woodpile I put together to start the fire?"

The Pokemon yawned and stretched before heading over to the bundle and setting it aflame with a small Ember attack. The warm start of the fire was a welcome addition as the day got colder, Luna warmed up her hands by the fire as she rested a can of vegetables in the flames.

She took out a few Pokemon Poffins and fed her Pokemon a snack before dinner as she sat back and looked at the Pokeball she had caught the Ledyba in earlier.

"I'm not sure if you're gonna trust me, but we should get you healed up, even if it's just a little bit." She took out a potion spray from her bag and prepped herself before releasing the new Pokemon.

"Alright guys, be sure not to hurt our new friend. Okay?" Luna sighed before she released Ledyba from its Pokeball.

The Pokeball opened and the familiar red light emanated forth, taking the form of the Bug-Type Pokemon. Ledyba opened its eyes and squirmed around quickly, taking in its surroundings.

It let out a bug-like hiss as it stared at Casper, Slither, and Luna. It spun in a circle looking for a way to escape, its legs had deep scratches along them and its red and black polka-dotted shell was bent a bit.

"It's okay little guy. We're not going to hurt you! We're here to help." Luna put out her hands to try and show she wasn't a threat.

The scared bug hissed again at Luna as it backed away a few inches. Luna backed away and got on her knees.

"It's alright, those mean Murkrow aren't here anymore. We took care of those evil birds, right Casper?" Luna smiled coyly.

  "Togetic!" Casper chirped cheerfully.

The Ledyba seemed to stay cautious as it looked around, it limped as it turned around to examine where it was. It shook nervously as it looked at Luna.

"Come on over here, you're hurt. Let me heal you." Luna pats her lap and beckoned the Pokemon over.

Slither quickly ran up and sat in her lap, Luna looked down at the Pokemon disappointingly, "Not. You." She picked up the derpy Pokemon and placed him gently to the side as she patted her thighs once more.

Ledyba's body shivered in fear as it slowly made its way towards Luna step by step, limping along the way. Luna looked at the Pokemon worried for its health, sympathy filled her eyes.

"L-Ledyba..." The Pokemon looked up at her still afraid, but pushed forward and placed its legs on her lap one by one.

Luna was careful not to make any sudden movements to scare the Ledyba, the mon barely fit on her lap, and one of its legs hung off of the side of her lap.

"I'm going to use a Potion on you, okay? This should make you feel better." Luna slowly picked up the Potion beside her.

The Ledyba flinched as it saw the Potion and shut its eyes tightly, unsure of what was going to happen.

Luna began spraying the injured sections of the Pokemon, and almost like magic, its wounds gave a barely visible and very dim glow. Slowly as she sprayed the Pokemon, the cuts and bruises around it began to close.

"There, that should hold you off until we get to a Pokemon Center!" Luna looked pleased with herself as she examined the Pokemon, a few cuts and dents remained on its shell but the worst of its injuries seemed to be healed.

The Ledyba opened its eyes and looked at its body, it circled around itself, looking at its legs. It walked around without any pain or limping.

"L-Ledyba...?" It still looked a bit nervous around Luna and her Pokemon as it lowered itself.

Luna took out a few more Poffins and rolled them towards the ladybug, it smelled them curiously before eating them in one big bite.

Luna smiled at the cute Pokemon, "Alright, well this is a decent start."

Luna moved to sit down back by the campfire and used a couple of sticks to dig her dinner out from the fire.

The four sat and ate together, Ledyba kept its distance from the three strange new compatriots as it ate in peace.

Casper waved at the Ledyba in a friendly manner. The Ledyba looked around itself, making sure that Casper was waving at it before awkwardly lifting its front arm and waving back.

Casper smiled brightly and flew over to the Ledyba and gave them one of his Poffins. The Ledyba smiled and graciously took the offered food.

"Aww! Casper, you are so sweet!" Luna beamed, She then looked down at Slither, "You should pay attention to Casper, Slither, you could learn a thing or two!"

Slither looked up at his trainer and then back at his food before he immediately scarfed down his Poffins.

  Luna sighed, "I figured..."

The group rested by the fire for a bit while Luna finished setting up her tent. After she finished setting it up she returned her Pokemon into their Pokeballs and put out the campfire before heading to bed.

Luna slid inside her sleeping bag and zipped the tent shut, "Alright, Luna. It's not so bad." She reassured herself and bundled up in her sleeping bag and slowly drifted off.

Luna awoke suddenly from her sleep in the middle of the night, she lay staring up at the ceiling of the tent as she listened closely to the sounds of the forest. Her breath was visible as she exhaled, the temperature seemed to drop drastically during the night. Her memories of that cold dark night began to creep into her mind before she slapped her cheeks and released Slither from his Pokeball.

The Lizard appeared and immediately started shivering in the open air of the tent, "S-S-Salandit!" he looked noticeably distraught as he stood freezing.

"S-Sorry!" Luna opened her sleeping bag to Slither. He quickly leaped inside and curled against her warm body.

Luna giggled as she closed the sleeping bag around them and pulled her head inside, she looked down at the cute lizard Pokemon as he huddled cutely against her waist.

"I'm sorry to bring you into the cold... I just couldn't sleep and needed a friend."

Slither crawled up to Luna's face and licked her cheek.

Luna blushed and kissed the Pokemon on his forehead, "Thanks."

The two huddled together for a bit as it seemed to get even colder.

Slither seemed to dislike this temperature change and went to the warmest place that he could find and slid his body in between Luna's thighs.

Luna had her eyes closed and had almost fallen back to sleep when she felt the Pokemon trying to get comfortable between her pillow-like thighs. His movements made his body rub against her crotch, sending warm feelings up through Luna's body.

She smirked, "Slither, stay still you weirdo."

The Pokemon stopped and stayed still for a few minutes before moving once more in between her thighs.

Luna felt her breath getting hotter as she felt him squirm against her privates, his body grinding against her, "S-Slither..." she groaned with mixed feelings. She was a bit upset that she couldn't sleep because of the Pokemon however she also began to feel a bit horny as she felt his tail wag slowly back and forth, rubbing hard against her crotch.

Luna bit her lip as she moved her body closer to the Pokemon, squeezing softly between her thighs, just so she could feel his tail grind harder against her privates.

The heat inside of the closed sleeping bag was too much for Luna to handle and made it hard to breathe. She then unzipped it slightly open, just enough for her head to stick out. She breathed in the cold night air, it felt quite refreshing to her.

Luna stared at the tent ceiling as she ground her waist down on Slither, who didn't seem to mind since it was keeping his body warm.

"Dammit... Why am I so horny all of the time." Luna bit her lip as she pulled her pajama pants and underwear down to her knees.

Slither quickly sensed a warmer spot nearby and moved around inside the bag, he crawled snuggly in between her naked spread thighs and her freshly heated pajamas that wrapped around her knees. Slither huddled into a ball-esque shape fitting tightly into the spot.

"H-Hey! I didn't pull my pants lower for that!" Luna sighed a bit annoyed at the Pokemon in her way as she moved her hand down to her hot spot.

"If you don't like what I'm doing... J-just move to the other side of the bag for now."  Luna down towards her lower body, but could only see the exterior of the sleeping bag and could only guess what the inside looked like as she slowly moved her fingers against her already wet folds.

She moved her fingers in a circular motion around herself; her breath became visible to the night air once more. She laid her head back comfortably as she rubbed her slit. Luna closed her eyes, fully enjoying this feeling as she explored her lower half. As Luna continued to play with herself she found her hand suddenly stuck, she opened her eyes in a disgruntled manner but still was unable to see inside. She felt Slither's back pushed against the back of her hand, forcing it to stick against her crotch.

"Slither! I'm doing something here! Do you mind moving over?" Luna huffed at her Pokemon.

Shortly after she felt Slither shift more towards her knees, "Thank you!~"

Luna was grateful as she went back to work, she meticulously inserted her middle finger into her warmth. Luna exhaled slowly with a big grin as she felt her finger inside of her. She let the pleasure linger when suddenly she felt something rub against her clit.

"Eep!" Luna jumped, she could hear her own heartbeat as she felt the strange thing flick against her button once more.

"AHn!" she quickly removed her finger from inside of her and grabbed what was rubbing against her. She used both hands to feel the strange flexible appendage. She then realized that it was Slither's warm tail.

Luna sighed, "I almost forgot you were in there..."

As Luna felt the Pokemon's tail twitch in her hands, she had a lewd thought enter her mind.

"Slither...?" Luna called out to the Pokemon, but there wasn't a response.

Puzzled, but still horny she spoke up, "Slither, I'm borrowing your tail okay? I'll keep it warm for you!"

She giggled to herself as she moved his tail towards her entrance. The tail twitched and flicked against her clitoris as she neared her private, sending another jolt of pleasure up her spine.

"Hehe, okay, not being able to see sucks but I can at least help aim it like this..." Luna used her free hand to spread her labia apart.

She struggled a bit to get the tip of his tail to cooperate, but she soon felt the tip of his tail poke inside of her and she slid a few inches of his tail inside of her.

"Oh, Arceus~" she moaned as she felt the Pokemon's tail twitch and rub inside of her.

Each time Slither wagged his tail, it slid out a bit and ground against her inner walls before inserting itself back inside of her and grinding in the opposite direction.

Luna panted as she crawled her waist deeper into the sleeping bag allowing another two inches of his tail to make its way inside of her.

"I-It's not as firm as Caspers dick, b-but it still feels so good..." she whispered as she gently rubbed her sensitive bean with her free hand while she used the other to guide Slither's tail as it squirmed inside of her.

For the most part, she let Slither's tail act on its own, letting it wag back and forth inside of her, only interfering with it if she felt it start to slip out entirely.

She could feel the tip of his soft but flexible tail flick against her insides, this new feeling drove her loins mad. She clenched her Kegels tightly, squeezing his tail. Her eyes rolled back lustfully as she rubbed herself faster.

"F-fuck~" she whimpered as she grabbed Slither's tail with a bit of force, and began using it as a dildo. She pumped the sleeping Pokemon's tail in and out of her, covering his tail in her wet juices as used her index finger to softly flick the nub of her vulva.

Luna's toes curled as she felt a building pressure, she let out lewd moans as she messily fucked herself with her Pokemon's tail.

"Oh, Fuck yes!" she muttered as she felt her heat begin to spasm, her body forcing her to curl violently as she climaxed.

"Aahn!~" Luna held her breath as her body flexed and tightened. She slowly exhaled and her body allowed her to lay limp for a few moments. Her grip on Slither's tail weakened as she collected herself, her body twitched as she felt his tail thrust a bit deeper on its own as Slither wagged his tail involuntarily. She twitched again as she felt it exit her.

After a few minutes, Luna felt like her body was going to overheat after her exertion and opened up the sleeping bag to assess the mess she had made. She looked down to see Slither, wide awake in between her legs staring up at her.

Luna froze still, "Y-You were awake?"

The Pokemon stared blankly back up at her, his cheeks were a deeper shade than the rest of him.

"T-Then why didn't you say anything when I grabbed your tail!?" She asked, flustered and embarrassed.

Luna silently grabbed her backpack and cleaned up Slither's tail and the wet spot she'd created in the sleeping bag before moving Slither out from her naked thighs and pulling up her pants.

She grabbed Slither and brought him into a hug against her chest, but didn't look down at her Pokemon. Still embarrassed to even look at him, she stared blankly at the wall of the tent before slowly drifting back to sleep.

The next morning, Luna returned Slither to his Pokeball and packed up all of her belongings into her backpack before heading back on the route.

For some reason, Luna felt a bit more confident in herself today as she walked down the path, the gray and murky forest surrounding still filled her with a feeling of unease, however, she felt brave enough to travel without making one of her Pokemon travel beside her as she walked.

"I'll let them rest, they deserve it." she smiled while looking down at the Pokeballs against her waist.

Luna smiled, proud of herself as she decided to cut this route trip short and she began to jog briskly down the road in front of her.

She began to curiously wonder once more, "I wonder what BoulderCreek Village is like? I heard it's a wonderful vacation spot! We'll take a dip in The Creek when we get there, I promise!" She told her Pokemon as she hurried towards her destination, more excited than ever.
