What if i dont?

"Young man, wait up!!"

The manager hurriedly walked towards Lance with an upset look on his face. His eyes quickly landed on the silk dress in lance's hand, as he stopped before them.

"Who told you that you could pick that dress?"

The manager said to Lance while pointing out the silky dress in his hand. You had a disapproving look on his face, showing that plans was not supposed to take that dress.

"Hm? There was no sign saying I shouldn't."

Lance responded with a slight tilt of his head, showing the confusion in his eyes. The dress was lined up with several others and there was a clear price tag on it, this meant that it was for sale, didn't it?

"No, no, this dress is for more prestigious costumers I'm afraid you can't even afford it, please hand it over."

The manager shook his head seriously, then he attempted to snatch the dress from Lance. However, as his hand went forward to grab the dress, Lance simply Stepped Back, letting him grab at thin air.

"There was a price tag on it and I took it because I could afford it. Do you think I'm some sort of fool? You want to take away what I've rightfully taken to please someone else? You're dreaming!!"

Lance responded sharply, his voice containing a trance of anger and annoyance. From the moment he stepped into the store, this manager had been discriminating against them. And for what reason? Because of how they were dressed.

"Hmp!!! Like you could ever afford something like that, you poor wench. Better hand it over or else…."

The manager was about to through a tantrum. Lance was but a commoner in his eyes. The fact that he let him enter the store was based on Lance's luck, but now he had a real customer who wanted to spend. There was no way he wouldn't let this opportunity pass him.

"Or else what?"

As soon as those words left the manager's mouth, Lance stepped forward and all of a sudden, the man felt an ethereal pressure mounting on him, it got stronger and stronger until it felt like he couldn't breathe anymore.

"I....."

The manager struggled, holding on to this throat out of instinct. He didn't know what was happening, though as he struggled a calm voice resounded from the back, allowing him to regain himself.

"Must your peasants always cause trouble wherever you go?"

From behind, the young lady with blonde hair approached Lance and the others with her flock of ladies. On her face was a look of scorn and distaste with which She looked at the manager, she couldn't understand why he would squirm like this in front of a mere peasant. It was disgraceful.

"Oh? And you are?"

Lance turned to meet the new arrivals with a smile on his face. He knew what this was just from the look on her face. It was a shake down. She saw the dress in his hand and wanted it, and probably because there were out of stock, she used the manager to cause him trouble.

"What good would telling you my name do? You are but a lowlife who lives at the bottom of society, even if you meet the king himself you wouldn't know it"

The blonde-haired girl spoke with disdain in her eyes, Lance was nothing but a fool who didn't know his place, he had dared to ignore her back there and it infuriated her. Now she would take her revenge and that was all. There was no need for her to add anything extra.

"You think you can speak to us that way and get away with it?!!"

Ember, who was standing at the side, said at the top of her voice. She had, had enough of all this, since they got here they had been treated like low-class citizens, and it was annoying her.

Lance was a noble too, plus he was also their master, an insult to him was an insult to them all. She wasn't going to take it laying down.

"Stop it!!"

Lance bellowed all of a sudden, startling Ember, she looked over at Lance who had a look of disapproval in his eyes and bowed her head in shame. She had let anger overcome her and made lance angry.

However, it wasn't clear to her why he was angry. At least, from what she remembered, Lance had never raised his voice at her before this.

"Sigh, both of you, not a word."

Lance, of course, had his reasons. At that moment of anger, Embers eyes changed colors, if anyone noticed, it would bring trouble. She had to control herself, least she gets mobbed to death.

"Let's leave"

Lance grabbed Ember by the hand and turned away, he didn't want to escalate the matter. Only, it wasn't something he would control solely.

"Hey!!"

The blonde-haired girl threw a slap toward Lance's back immediately as he turned away from her. She couldn't handle the fact that a peasant had turned his back against her.

However, before her hand could even reach half way, she felt her hand being slowly wrapped around by a leathery whip.

"Ahhh!!!"

This exchange only lasted a few seconds, but the result was clear, the blonde fell backwards and Lance stood towering over her with his whip in his hand.

Lance had spent the few years he was stuck in the Naldir household accumulating lust points, with these points he had exchanged for several things apart from the basic upgrades. And as for the whip in his hand, it was one of those things he had gotten from the sin of lust system.

The pleasure punisher whip.

It was dark pink made from a leathery material, it was very sturdy and could easily tear off some skin. This wasn't the most interesting part of this weapon, though, it had other uses. For example, right now, The blonde young lady was feeling pain, but with a flick of the wrist, Lance could easily change it to pleasure. The type that could make any woman go crazy.

"You!!!"

The blonde who was about to protest at that moment felt a silhouette breeze past her, leaving her stunned.

"Hm?"

Lance tilted his head as he watched this girl head towards him. There was no warning whatsoever, she just drew her sword and lunched it at Lance from the shadows.

"Hmp!!"

Only, even with all that, she was still countered by the simple swing of the chain in Arians hands. Arian was no warrior, but the mana imbued chain of a grade two mage was not to be messed with.

"Clang"

The lady was pushed back too, causing the whole group to tense up, This person was in their group a few seconds ago, and unlike the blonde, this one was a fighting maniac. Her attacking was no surprise to them, but the fact that she was easily countered shocked them incredibly.

"Cough cough, ladies, let's end this farce and be on our merry way. I don't want trouble."

Lance spoke with an evil smile on his face. He said he was going on his merry way but didn't budge, it was like he was daring them to attack and see. However, they didn't do that.

One of the girls from the very back stepped forward and pulled the other two up. Then her eyes fell upon Lance. The rest of them were shaken by what had just happened, but she wasn't. In fact, there was a look of nonchalance in her eyes.

"Bullying the weak is really deplorable, but whatever I won't take this matter to heart, however if they report you to the fire and ice academy, then it will be a entirely different matter. My advice is for you to apologize and leave."

This one spoke like she was in charge, and from the way the rest reacted, it seemed like she really was.

"And what if I don't?"

Lance responded.

"Then we will leave, but bear it in mind that the academy doesn't take lightly to its students being bullied"

As she said that, her eyes fell onto Arian, she was hinting that even though Lance was the one speaking, She knew who the real powerful one was.

"Let's go"

Soon she rallied her group of girls and left the store having not purchased anything.
