The civil war in Svartov seems to be starting to happen also in Teikokuten. After the fall of the Seirei Dynasty, Teikokuten experienced changes in diplomatic relations with other countries.



Purists began to take over every corner of the government. The Secret Police were deployed to carry out massacres of political opponents. The state is increasingly centralized. Meanwhile the Anti-Kurogawa faction began to gather strength.
