Velios was still unconscious with his thoughts being the only thing he could do. He could not move his body at all even if he wanted to. Normally, a person would freak out if they found themselves in a similar situation but because of the amount of times similar stuff has happened to Velios, he was pretty darn used to it. The place Velios found himself was most likely somewhere underground but he had no idea how far. The walls were made of the same stone, stretching out into dark and small corridors. Velios' last memory of what he saw was still somewhat blurry and he could only remember himself sinking down. Although his memory was still blurry, there was something he definitely knew the answer to because he had experienced the same kind of thing last time he decided to train in the way he did. The reason for Velios' sudden collapse was not because of a monster or an enemy attack, no, it was actually simply because Velios had trained so hard to the point were his regenerative abilities couldn't keep up which the fatigue of having over-trained built up to the point where the body is no longer capable of moving.
From out of the corner, a horde of what looked like zombies came rushing at Velios, all jumping towards him. Velios was still completely unconscious and had no idea of what was happening. The monsters jumped at him with the aim to eat his body alive. At the last possible second, just before the zombies came into contact with his body, a surge of mana was released forcibly that stopped the incoming attack. Velios did not fire off an attack on his own but it was instead, one of his monsters had forced a self summon, taking advantage of the situation they were in with its master unconscious. That monster was no other than the same monster Velios hated the most, the monster that killed his first friends now took a fresh breath of air as he proceeded to get rid of the monsters ahead of him. "You impudent lowly monsters don't know your place standing in front of a superior and intelligent beast, don't you? Huh?" His face was irritated and frustrated. Having killed all of them in only a few seconds, he walked up to Velios to lift up his body on his shoulder. Ughh, how annoying. That Osiris, still as troublesome as always. At my current level, I would stand no match for him and with my master completely unconscious with his mana depleted.
Scratching his white colored hair, he did not know what to do except to find a way since probabilities of them both surviving if they had to face Osiris was close to none. As he kept on carrying Velios on his back, he wandered around, looking for a way out which there seemed none to be. The enemies that he had to deal with were easy compared to the final boss he knew was awaiting them. The only opportunity he could think of where both of them survived or where he sacrificed himself was to talk and make a deal with him. Otherwise, not a single one of them would make it out. Damn it! When is he going to wake up? How much did he actually over consume his mana and how much stronger has he become? Would he be able to stand a chance even to someone like Osiris? Depending on how much mana Osiris has, Velios might even stand a chance, actually. No, there's too many possibilities to say for certain. He might not even wake up in time. Velios body was limp and not moving at all. He slowly became increasingly more and more frustrated having to carry around his body while defending him from monsters. He also knew that he was the only way for both of them to survive and that is why he persevered.
Arriving at a much bigger hallway, statues of what looked like Egyptian gods had been placed evenly on the walls to the sides while the path was completely flat and smooth. He was still a while from where the hallway stopped but he could already sense the terrifying and fierce aura that was produced from a person he was well familiar with. Everything together combined into something so over the top that he wanted to puke. The two of them were basically exact polar opposites and they never seemed to be on good terms with each other, mostly because it was a pain in the ass to speak with Osiris. The plan continued as he slowly walked through the giant corridor into the chamber of Osiris. Every single stride was painfully slow and he even began contemplating even having thought of wanting to meet Osiris which would not be a good idea because the whole purpose was to get out as easy as possible. The light in the chamber slowly started merging with the space around them as he continued carrying Velios closer and closer to the menacing monster sitting in a throne of his own in the center of the dome shaped chamber. He couldn't bare say the first words, he didn't know what to say and he didn't even want to talk to him in all honesty which made it all more inviting for Osiris to begin his speech.
"Hey! Vadh! Have you missed me? It's been such a long time since we last saw each other. What brings you here, old friend." Vadh just stared, frustrated at looking into Osiris' face. "Stop with those formalities, they are so annoying. I don't even want to talk to you, we're only here because you decided to trap us in your little dungeon. What did you plan to do with him? He's still passed out." Vadh showed no emotions of compassion, sympathy or happiness while talking. "No need to be so cold. I don't know what you are doing here, but I only trapped a human because I saw that he was at the point of passing out. It's not like I planned to kill him, I'm not like you." His voice did not match his appearance. He was both softly and gently spoken with well-mannered speech. The polar opposite of how Vadh talks to anybody. "Now that I think about it, that human hasn't died yet. Have you seen him anywh-" Osiris eyes locked onto the person which Vadh was holding over his shoulder. "Wait, is that a human? Wait a minute, the brutal and idiotic Vadh showed compassion and empathy while helping a human?" His voice showed that he was generally and actually shocked at what he saw. "What do you even get by protecting the human, Vadh?"
After explaining the whole situation, Osiris couldn't help but laugh multiple times after hearing what he had to say. "So basically, that human right there beat you, used magic to enslave you and now that human is not only many times stronger but is also your master and killed you because you even tried to speak back to him? Oh man, you sure have been through a lot huh?" Osiris couldn't help but continue to laugh as Vadh got increasingly more angry the more he tried to explain and justify the situation. "Wait, aren't you usually located in the forest way up north? What are you doing here? Better question, how did he get from all the way there to here in the dessert in what, a few days?" Both of them stared down at Velios, still casually sleeping as if nothing was happening in the outside world. "Can he use magic as well?" Osiris asked, confused. "Yeah, I don't really know how either but he got it not long ago and the progress he has achieved is impressive, I will admit." Vadh showed the tiniest bit of confidence in how strong and capable his master was. "So basically, this boy has learnt magic and is a dark blue mana heart after only a week and you've been stuck on normal blue for almost 6 months now?" Osiris started increasing the amount of jokes as he was also the only one laughing.
"You know, with everything you are saying about him, I'm getting a little bit curious here. How strong is he actually?" Vadh instantly knew that something was wrong, that something was about to happen. He could only watch in his weakened state as Osiris slowly added more and more mana to his attack. Standing there in a wide stance and with his legs at only a little above ninety degrees in angle. The punch he was charging up would kill Velios in an instant if he would decide not to guard himself or dodge the attack. Velios, who was still unconscious had no way of even moving and Osiris decided to test him now out of all times. "Hey, Osiris! What do you think you are doing?" Vadh's voice sounded genuinely concerned over Velios' safety, knowing that he would be able to do nothing if anything were to happen. Osiris however, had the same fierce look in the beginning with mana overflowing his whole body, getting transferred into his right arm, getting ready to completely decimate him. Velios just layed there, on the ground at peace thinking about stuff in his own little world at the same time Osiris threw the attack. "Osiris you goddamn idiot!" Vadh could only scream out to try and reach either one of them but it was far to late. The attack had now been fully thrown and what remained was the sound of a huge collision and blood splattering everywhere.
