GUILIA

Standing in front of me was the same woman in the pictures I saw in Mark's office. June… my rival in love.

I had to blink, to be certain I didn't just conjure her. Rubbing my eyes, I glanced towards the door, to see if my mind was playing tricks on me.

She was still standing there with a nervous smile on her face. There was no way I could be mistaken about her, not that raven black hair and certainly not the expressive brown eyes that looked so much like mine.

This made me wonder if Mark ever liked me, or just used me as a substitute for her. Though we have different hair colours, it wouldn't be difficult for him to think of her whenever I go down on him, right?

“Good afternoon,” the woman greeted with a cheerful smile, closing the door behind her.
