It was almost thirty minutes and I knew Hayden loved when people keeped to time so I rushed to his office which was near to mine. I opened the door and luckily, I met him packing his files and I guessed preparing for his meetings.

"Mr Anderson, I guess it's time for the meeting, I said disrupting the silence.

He stood up all of a sudden and came closer to me then he whispered, "I kinda love the efficiency put towards your job", I am getting moved by you "Natty"

"When are you confirming that", Hayden voice rang loudly in the room.

Trust me Sir, I will check it soon, an old man who I guessed was Hayden's reporter said. He looked so pale and I could see balls of sweat on his forehead. Poor man he must be feeling so nervous.

I was already getting irritated with the silence and suspense between them. I really felt like throwing up cause Hayden was too cold and he looked emotionless which made my face pale.

"Yes Sir I will get it done", the poor man replied shivering in fear.

Okay then what plans do you have in mind for mother's day as you know it's in a month time and we always design something spicy for the mothers, Hayden asked facing a well dressed lady who looked smartly dressed and professional.

" Really....", Hayden's voice rang loudly in the room again but this time I felt the anger and disappointment in his voice. He was looking more angry and I could feel the aura and anger.

I gave you this job since the past three months Laura and you know how I take all assigned works, Hayden shouted.

"Laura you are relieved from your work" . From today, you mustn't set your foot at the front of this company otherwise, I won't speak much anyways my lawyer will wrap things up with you, he said coldly.

Please Mr Anderson give me some time, I promise to fix this. I am so sorry for my incompetence but please give me one chance, Laura begged.

"Please..... Mr Anderson", Laura begged touching Hayden's feet. Please sir, hot tears gulped from her eyes to her chubby cheeks.

I really felt pain for her, she looked so helpless and worried and yet he fired her. He could have given her a chance, no one is perfect after all. Now I was convinced he was heartless, so heartless.

"Send the full details of the last commodity and project", he finally said then stood up.

He is so heartless, a devil indeed or let me say a handsome devil. So ruthless and emotionless. I wonder how a normal human won't even feel a single thing for that poor lady.

I can never love a guy like him even Dylan was much better than him, he had a heart not heartless like Hayden. I kept on battling with my thoughts confused about Hayden.
