The reason why kaida was so shocked to hear about this was because of the knowledge he knew from his previous life 

Shisui Mangekyo Sharingan's ability was "Kotoamatsukami" This was the strongest genjutsu ability known in Naruto 

It was so powerful that Writer had to nerf it down by giving it the longest cooldown time of 10 years, and if he had this Sharingan ability doesn't that mean that his normal genjutsu was also very strong 

And even if he doesn't have the strongest genjutsu just being a Uchiha jonin signifies that his Genjutsu will be more powerful than other ninjas 

Also since he also had Sharingan, Shisui can teach Genjutsu in such a way that is most efficient for a Sharingan user

While thinking about all these things in his head Kaida was looking toward the entrance of Shisui's house 

"You don't have to worry that much my mom is not going to eat you," Shisui said while laughing 

And then rang the bell at the entrance of his house 

Just as he rang the bell the sound of someone running toward the gate came, hearing that Kaida became even more tense 

The person soon opened the gate and looked directly toward Kaida 

"You look like Aiko," Hae said while directly giving a bear hug to Kaida 

Kaida was also shocked to see her initially when he was thinking about someone like an aunt he couldn't remember anyone 

But the person in front of him is someone he does remember quite clearly 

"Candy Aunty is that you, you are my aunt"

"Hahaha, what you used to call my mom candy Aunty. Why"

"Well whenever she used to meet me she always used to give me lots of candy also my mom doesn't have any problem with that 

But why didn't you ever tell me that you were my aunt" Kaida asked Hae

"The reason is not a pleasant one dear, why don't we leave the things of the past in the past," Hae said looking a little sad

"No Aunty I want to know the reason for that Please" Kaida insisted 

"Ok but don't take it to your heart, Due to the order of the elder everyone from the Uchiha clan has to treat your mother as a stranger, just because She married outside the clan

But It was not entirely their fault as they are earnest about maintaining the purity of the Uchiha Bloodline and also keeping the secret of Sharingan in the clan

Hearing that Kaida once again felt anger rising from within him, deep down he knew that Uchiha were not entirely wrong in this, 

They just wanted to maintain their power in which Sharingan plays a vital role, this was the reason the Clan was very protective about the Secrets of Sharingan 

And the chance of someone who has married outside the clan sharing something about Sharingan with his/her partner is high they didn't want anyone to marry outside the clan

While maintaining the purity of the Uchiha bloodline was just a benefit of this

But even knowing the reason didn't help in resolving the anger Kaida was feeling right now, he even had a thought that maybe be Uchiha massacre was not entirely a bad decision, but this changed when Hae continued her story

"But not all of the elders were against it, as if that was the case no matter what your mother did she wouldn't have been able to marry your father, many elders allowed her to marry your father

after her repeated request but since they didn't want this to become a norm they had to give her some punishment"

 "Hah! Let's leave this depressing talk for some other time, mom you have met with your nephew after so many years are you not going to at least call him inside the house"

at that moment Hae realised that they were talking outside the house, 

"yes come in Kaida just this is your own house"

Kaida also was able to calm down after hearing the full details from Hae Uchiha, he knew that Uchiha may be Known for their curse of haterade, but their clan was like a family to them, so treating his mother like that was definitely due to some other reason 

"Okay Aunty"

When Kaida entered the house Hae directly took him to the dining room, the table was full of food of different type 

Starting from sandwiches, milk, fruits, juice, etc seeing this much food just for breakfast was a little unusual for Kaida

"Is someone else also joining us?" Kaida asked Shisui in a hushed tone

"NO this is all for you, mom was very happy to meet you after so many years that she made all this just for you," Shisui said 

"What are you guys talking about come and eat otherwise the food will become cold," Hae said scolding the little children
