Kaida directly went toward Shisui's house and rang the bell, after some time Shisui opened the door

They directly went toward the office of Fugaku Uchiha, in anime, the Uchiha compound was shown as a normal-looking area in Konoha, but in reality, it was completely wrong
Uchiha compound, unlike Konoha, was very well made, it was more modern looking than other areas of Konoha, at least the areas where Kaida have ventured before, though he had never gone to an area like the Hyuga Clan's compound or Any Clan's compound in general
But after seeing How different the Uchiha compound was from the Normal area Kaida began thinking that other clans would have a much better Compound Than the Uchiha compound as the Uchiha Clan was moved to the outskirts of Konoha after the Nine-Tails attack so they had to build everything from Scratch but, other Clan had decades of time and money, so there compound must be better than here
While Kaida was seeing everything in the Uchiha compound with so much interest, Shisui was watching Kaida with a smile on his face, Seeing his brother behaving like his age for the first time
Normally Kaida had a stoic expression on his face and would not show his actual expression to anyone
But with Shisui he felt safe, so he had his guard down without even thinking,
After some time they reached Clan Headquarters, The Clan head's office was also in this building, when Kaida saw the building he, was Shocked, it was comparable to Hokage Building through a Smaller maybe 2/3rd of Hokage Building, Various ninjas were coming a going to The Building It had Three floors, and Four entries (At least in sight)
Shisui went to the Centre gate, where guards were standing, they looked toward Shisui and then Kaida, with a little doubt on his face the Guard Asked Shisui
"Sir Who is This person with you" He was especially more polite as Shisui was an Elite Jonin from the Uchiha clan also favoured by many Elder and even Clan leaders, Guard was just a chunin level ninja with 2 tomoe Sharingan
"He is my brother, don't worry I have come here to meet the Clan leader about him," Shisui replied with a Smile on his face
"Okay sir, please, go on" Not wanting to take any more of Shisui's time Guard Replied
Entering Shisui directly went to the reception desk and said
"I have to report about my mission to the clan head, please check if he is free or not"
"Yes sir, just give me some time, till then you can wait there, the receptionist said while pointing toward the sofa in the corner
Shisui nodded his head and went to sit there with Kaida
"Brother why are you reporting about your mission to the clan head and not Lord Third" Kaida asked Shisui the question that had been on his mind for quite some time
"hmm right you were just a civilian ninja so you may not know this but like Civilian ninjas take Missions from, Hokage building, we clan ninjas also have such a department
When Some missions come to Konoha that are favorable for a particular clan then they send those missions to us, also to maintain this ninja population in the clan we have to do some missions for Konoha compulsorily"
"So clan ninjas do not take missions from Hokage building?" Kaida asked still remembering seeing them there when he went to collect D-rank missions
"No, Ninjas can take missions from both here and Hokage building, as those from Hokage building give more monetary reward than from the mission we take from clans" Shisui replied
"Why is that"
"Hahaha, do you think the clan itself will not take any share from your mission reward, even in the Hokage building they take some part of your reward ranging from 5-15%, but clans take more like 20-40%," Shisui answered Kaida's question patiently
"So why will any ninja take a mission from the Clan when they can take it from Hokage building and get a better reward"
"It is not simple brother, the mission we take from the Clan not only gives Money but an additional reward
With money we get contribution points, by using them we can use clan resources, which are very important to increase our power"
"What type of resources are you talking about" Kaida asked not knowing anything about power-increasing resources
Just when Shisui was about to tell Kaida about them receptionist came and told Shisui that
"Sir Clan leader is calling you for the report" and then left

"Just tell me the report and go back you brat"
"I am sorry Fugaku sama, but I have something more to discuss after the report," Shisui said, once again in an overly serious tone
