Heaven's Will

The two read the optional mission and immediately took a deep breath. That was confirmation—they had found a path.

All this time, it had been clear that Heaven's Will and the system couldn't directly point out what they needed to do. They had to dig and search for opportunities, and when they made a decision or got very close to something obvious, the system would notify them.

This was tied to the heavenly laws and their karma. If Heaven's Will were too direct, it would be a drastic interference with fate, something obviously against the laws. The queen would notice immediately, and everything would be lost.

Besides, there were things Heaven's Will couldn't predict—after all, the future didn't exist yet. Unpredictable things could always happen. In the end, Alm and Bruno always had to act on their own, and their actions determined the consequences that would lead to victory or defeat.
