Chapter 130

She couldn't believe the words that she had spoken and the fact that she had revealed it all to the students and the teachers.

She had been convinced that she had been back in the hands of the goblins and at the time when her father and Ms. Mary were speaking she felt as though she had no control of her mouth and she didn't know. The words that seemed to come out of it.

She didn't have no choice but to tell the truth and that was something that left her scared.

How was it that she had been able to hide the reality for so long and then it seemed as though at the moment when she needed to hide it the most it simply came gushing out of her.

She wondered what it was she had done and how much further she had gone in order to embarrass herself.

She turned towards the crows and she found that they were still looking at her and she couldn't help but blush even more when she noticed that they all had firm, scowls on their faces and deep frowns that marred their faces.

"I am sorry. I. don't know what came over me." she said and with that she ran off the stage.

She didn't know where she would go from there but she wanted to do was to get herself away.

Today was meant to be one of the most important days for her and she was supposed to finally be able to tell the world her story.

And yet it had turned to something completely different. Her father was getting arrested and the chances were high that the same thing was going to happen to her.

Her lies had finally caught up to her and the very people that she didn't used to rate or value previously were now the very same set of people that were going to take her down.

Maybe if she had told the truth or if she had done things differently them thongs wouldn't have turned out the way that they did.

But whatever regret she was now harboring it didn't mean anything anymore because at the end of the day it was over for her and people were finally seeing who she really was.

Dick was relieved to see that his plan had in fact turned out the way that he had expected.

She was finally getting exposed for who she was and. The whole school had been there to see it.

She didn't have anywhere left to hide anymore.

But this didn't mean that his revenge was over. No this wasn't even up to half of what she had done to him.

He wasn't going to be done with her until she was down on her knees and she was begging for him to give her another chance.

She had thought that it was over but she was oh so wrong and this was far from it.

Things were a bit awkward after that.

The school didn't know how to deal with the fact that one of their highest benefactors had been corrupt and the fact that the only student that had managed to survive the course was in fact a liar.

The next night Ms. Mary decided to go and meetup with dick at the position that they had both agreed upon.

She was happy to see that his plan was working and that things were falling into place.

She wanted to tell herself that she had always known that things would work out this way however that wasn't true and she had been weary about it at first.

As she made her way to the spot she was cautious as she didn't want to get caught by anyone.

She knew that the chances were that Guderian's men were still out there and they were trying to keep their eyes out on her to see what she was up to.

She couldn't risk them catching wind of her doing something out of the ordinary.

As Ms. Mary waited for dick to arrive she thought over how the school had decided to deal with Guderian and tina.

She knew that they couldn't simply let them go and allow them to leave unpunished.

They had to make an example out of them and show thew people that they couldn't simply getaway with doing bad things and they would be punished for their crimes.

Tina wasn't going to be imprisoned even though she was the one who had led to the. Deaths of the students.

The school had thought of the fact that the incident had occurred on a school related course which meant that whatever were to happen out there it was mandatory on the school that they would have to take on some of the blame.

If they were to blame someone they would have to take some weight of the blame as well and that was something that they couldn't do.

That was why they knew they couldn't sentence her to death or imprison her.

However Ms. Mary didn't feel the same about that. She believed that in such a situation thew best way that they could deal with something like that was for them to go with an eye for an eye.

She was well aware of what she was doing when she had decided to kill her classmates and even to make it worse after she had done that she didn't hold any form of guilt or remorse in doing so.

She may be a student but that didn't put her above getting a punishment when she did deserve it.

However the school didn't see it that way. Ms. Mary knew that she shouldn't have been surprised by how lenient they were with the punishment. Tina was still their star student and this would be like them doing her a favor. One that she would most likely be needed to repay in the future.

They were paying forward and what they were doing wasn't for her essentially because it was mostly for themselves.

It was infuriating to think that even after what tina had done she wasn't going to be held accountable and she wasn't going to receive a large form of punishment.

In fact it was more like the only thing that they were giving her was a mere slap on the wrist.

This was someone who had been responsible for killing dozens and they weren't going to make sure that she paid.

However the school knew that they couldn't allow her to go unpunished entirely. That would only deserve as a form of encouragement for others to do what she did.

Instead they decided that they were going to put her under high surveillance and monitoring.

They were going to watch her carefully and if she were to have any form of slip up then they would come for her.

Ms. Mary didn't find that to be fair or good enough but she knew that she didn't get to have a say in the matter.

All that mattered now was that at least people knew these truth and even though justice wasn't really getting served she knew that they were at least able to take a step in the right direction.
