Chapter 10 Be my slave

"Mason, don't you find it suspicious?" Miles asked his eyes glued on Sky.

"Find what suspicious?" Mason flipped his book.

"Sky, he has been staring at you all morning, I feel like he is planning something," Miles said.

"Are you sure?" Mason replied nonchalantly.

"I'm sure, he is too obvious look he is coming," he turned his head away.

"Hey smarty pants," Sky took the seat in front of Mason and then glared at him. But as usual, Mason didn't bother to even spare him a glance he totally ignored him.

"Tch! You really know how to make me lose my temper," he said.

"You, move carry your things I'll be taking this seat from now on," he turned to Miles.

"Why should I move? Mason has never shared a seat with anyone apart from me," Miles whined.

"Then it will be his first time, now move carry your things," he said as he lifted Miles' collar. Miles immediately turned to Mason to ask for help but what he had next shattered him completely.

"You are noisy, just do as he says," Mason replied coldly.

What he meant by that statement was that he didn't care about who he sat next to as long as they could stop making noise and bothering him. After saying that, he reached out in his pocket and then took out his earphones. Mason was too bothered to even think about the two brats beside him. They could do whatever they wanted for all he cared.

That was his nature, he hated being bothered and getting involved in troublesome things.

"Fine, but this is not over Sky whatever you are planning I will get to the bottom of it," Miles said furiously. He carried his bag and his books and then went to Sky's seat.

"Help me bring my books," he yelled at him.

"Are you kidding me? Am I your servant or something?" Miles yelled in return. He didn't know what Mason saw in Sky as he felt that Sky was too annoying. Who would be so blind enough to fall in love with him? He thought but immediately recalled Mason. He was the only blind person he could think about.

"Do you..." Sky said but was immediately interrupted.

"Fine, I'm bringing it," Miles said as he picked up Sky's bag. He knew arguing with someone like Sky wouldn't do him any good.

Sky sat next to Mason and then shifted his gaze toward him. He looked at his facial expressions, his jawline. He had never gotten the chance to stare at him closely.

"Am I that good-looking? You can stare all you want but first wipe your drool," Mason's voice rang. Sky immediately regained his senses and then said.

"Who is staring at you? You are not even as handsome as I am,"

"You are still foolish anyway, so your handsome face won't help you," Mason replied coldly. Even as he spoke, he didn't bother staring at Sky.

Sky felt more irritated by it. Was he too disgusted to even glance at me? He thought. This made him more determined to ensure Mason fell in love with him.

He wanted Mason to experience what he felt being ignored.

"Just wait, I will show you," Sky gritted his teeth. He took out his books and then flipped some pages. He didn't know why but each time Mason said something cold, he felt like it ignited the spirit in him to fight back. It was like he wanted to prove it to him. Deep down, he didn't like how Mason ignored and looked down on him.

"This exam top twenty," Mason said.

"Impossible," Sky said. Getting into the top 100 was even more difficult what about the top 20 he knew he would lose. He got into the school as a sports student so books weren't his cup of tea.

"Top 100," Mason lowered.

"Top 200," Sky said as he smiled awkwardly.

"Deal," Mason said.

"Wait, how will it benefit me?"

"I will grant you one wish," Mason said.

"What about you?" He asked in return. From what he observed, Mason wasn't someone who would bother himself with others so he felt a bit confused by it.

"Don't worry about it, just focus on being among the top 200,"

"When is the exam?" Sky asked excitedly.

"Next week," Mason said nonchalantly.

"What? Next week why is it early this time? Is it too late to change the deal?"

"Do you want to change it?" Mason smiled cunningly.

"Can I?"

"You can, it's not totally impossible," he replied.

"So what do you suggest?" Sky asked excitedly not knowing he was slowly getting devoured by the tiger. Mason's cunningness was not his match.

"Be my slave for an entire month," Mason said.

"Wait, are we in a drama or something? Why would I be your slave, I will just go with the former," he said.

"Then if you fail to achieve it be my slave," Mason said.

"So either way it's like that?"

"Mmmh, it's like that,"

"I'm sorry to disappoint you Mr. Smarty Pants but this exam I won't be failing," Sky said.

What he didn't know was that his revenge plan was beginning to go down the drain as Mason had already placed a leash on him indirectly.

"Can I borrow something?" He turned to Mason after a while.

"No," Mason replied nonchalantly.

"Aaah, come on I've not even said what I want to borrow,"

"I'm not lending you my notes Pharell," Mason said.

"Pharell? No one ever calls me that,"

"I will, starting from today,"

"Wait, don't you dare change the subject can I have your notes?"

"Can't you borrow someone else? You have a lot of friends in class I'm sure you won't miss one,"

"I have a lot of friends but there is only one top student, if I want to pass I should learn from the top student right?" Mason stopped what he was doing when he heard that.

"That is the smartest thing I've ever heard you say,"

"What do you mean? Are you saying I speak foolish things?" Sky said raising his voice. He couldn't believe Mason was doing it again. He dared to tease him. Not once, not twice but each time.

"I didn't say that," Mason said.

"You just did,"

"Anyway even if I lend you my book you won't understand,"

"Then tutor me?" Sky boldly said.
