In that case, does it mean your business is the worst? (Part 2)

"Haha, little sister, you've said something quite remarkable! its first time meeting but you can make that Lysandre speechless like that, his expression, truly memorable," the chubby stall owner laughed heartily, patting his thigh.

Even the old stall owner had a hint of amusement in his eyes. "Alright, don't scare the little sister. But what Lysandre said is true; this business isn't as simple as it seems. At the beginning, maybe you can trick people, but in the end, it all comes down to real skill."

In the eyes of these three, they didn't perceive Amalia as someone who possessing any real skill.

Over the next few days, Amalia truly experienced a complete lack of attention.

On the first day, those who came were a regular customers, mostly heading straight to the previous Artificers who had provided them with services before.

The second day brought a passersby asking, but upon seeing Amalia's unfamiliar and youthful appearance, they didn't place much trust.

Upon hearing Amalia could repair anything, they turned to other stall owners directly.

The thin stall owner ridiculed her for trying to compete with them, he said she still too inexperienced.

Finally, on the third day, a boy who seemed to know nothing about artifacts, and only solely judging someone by appearances, came to Amalia's stall.

He shyly asked if she could repair his artifact, stunning the old stall owners.

"What kind of artifact? I need to take a look first," Amalia asked without changing her expression.

The boy handed her his artifact.

Amalia took the artifact, used his spiritual power to examine it, and after a minute, she said, "There's no major issue with this. A simple repair will do."

The boy nodded, his face lighting up with joy.

"The young boy, don't just blindly believe her when she says it's simple. Repairing an artifact isn't that easy. She only looked at it for a minute. What can you see in a minute? She says it's a simple repair, but look at how young she is. How much experience could she have? Don't end up risking your artifact," the thin stall owner interjected coldly.

This young boy were usually his client. But now he seeking Amalia to repair his artifact which obviously meant Amalia had snatching customers that should have been his, making him felt not very pleased about it.

The boy paused for a moment.

Thinking his words might have swayed him, the thin stall owner continued, "Good looks don't always indicate strong abilities. She's been at our stalls for several days without a single customer. What does that indicate? I'm sure you understand. Instead of taking a chance, it's better to rely on someone with ample experience."

The old stall owner and the chubby stall owner frowned. Lysandre, in the past, had exhibited similar behavior, but it seemed a bit much to behave this way towards a newcomer, especially a young one.

However, the two remained silent. It was someone else's matter, and they couldn't understand what happend on Lysandre's mind.

Amalia's arrival posed the biggest threat to Lysandre because his client primarily consisted of younger individuals, who are the most unstable customer base.
