-Nine days before the wedding-

Felix's POV

It was the weekend and I was at the mall searching for a suit for Fenix as he and Makayla were going to be the ring holders. My head was hurting and it has been since the day Abby visited Fenix but I'll get myself checked before the wedding, I checked every suit store I knew but they either had a suit too big or a suit too light. I was getting tired and went toward the boba shop to get some Taro milk tea but I heard my name being called and I turned around-

Her.

My ex, Jamie started walking towards me and I just wished the ground would swallow me whole or someone had just come to save me.

"Felix!! How have you been?" Jamie said, giving me her most narcissistic smile

"I'm okay," I said simply looking at the group

"Okay, what are you doing in a mall? You barely wanted to come when I asked you to."

"I came to buy a suit for somebody," I said but just then my phone rang, it was Abby.

-On the phone-

"Abby?"

"Hey, Felix, could you possibly buy a small little shoe for Makayla? The one I bought doesn't fit her and I don't feel well, I hope you're still at the mall."

" I am, what's her size?"

"Let me check so I don't get it wrong, okay, it's a 10.5."

"Okay."

"Buy a shiny shoe, I'll send you the money soon, say hi to Fenix for me, I'm hanging up now."

"I'll pay for it, don't worry, say hi to Makayla for me too."

I put my phone back inside my pocket and looked around to see where I'd find a store, I'm not a professional shopper like all those other people, I only shop when it's important.

"Who was that?" Jamie asked

"A person?" I said sarcastically

"I know that was a person Felix, who was the person?"

"Somebody you don't need to know."

"You're family sent an invitation to your wedding to my family, you know?"

"I know that," I said annoyed

"I didn't know you moved on so fast."

"Look Jamie, I need to go so," I said walking away

I found a pair of shoes for Makayla quite easily and in that same store I found the suit, the heavens are finally looking down on me. I bought the suit and drove home as my head was hurting more than ever.

-Six days before the wedding-

Third Person POV

Everybody was busy preparing as it was less than a week before the wedding, the venue was being checked out and cleaned, and the wedding wear was being double-checked for anything but Felix and Abby continued to stress and I mean, who wouldn't be stressed on their wedding day?

Today, Felix and Abby were going out on a walk to supposedly 'clear their heads' or whatever their mothers called it and they had no say whether they could go or not.

"So what are we supposed to do?" Abby asked Felix crossing her hands

"I actually don't know." He said shortly

"Ooh, I heard there was this new cafe downtown, why don't we go there first?" She said getting excited, she was very happy since she wanted to visit the cafe but never got the time to do it because of the preparations-

"Okay, we're here." He said unbuckling his seatbelt and getting out, on the other hand, Abby was struggling to unbuckle her seatbelt. "Do you need some help over there?" Felix asked after opening her door

"No, I'll get it, I'm an independent woman." She said, still struggling with the seatbelt

"Right, Miss Independent Woman, I'm hungry," Felix said sarcastically and reached over to unbuckle the seatbelt for her, as you expected, Abby was having her delulu moment, her cheeks turned a very shade of red. "You ok? Your cheeks are red." Felix asked, worriedly

"Nah, I'm fine, thanks for unbuckling this for me, I'm still an independent woman." She said

"Well, Missy, please go in and sit," Felix said opening the door for her, they had their breakfast while fighting about who would pay the bill,

"You guys can split it." The nice waiter suggested

"No, you know what fine, you pay for it, more money in my pocket," Abby said, the fight was over, and the left for their next destination, the one they didn't know.

"Okay, where else to?"

"I don't know, to the mall, there's so many fun things to do there."

Little did Felix know, Abby just wanted to wipe out his bank account or that was what she had imagined she could do in one day. The mall wasn't too far away, they parked the car and went inside. Abby was not lying when she said there were fun things to do, but they just didn't know where to start.

"Look over there, a jewelry store, let's go, I want some jewelry," Felix said like an enthusiastic child, they went into the jewelry store and started looking at the rings, bracelets, etc.

"Hello, Sir, what are you and your girlfriend looking for?" The receptionist asked

"Uh, we don't know yet, we'll tell you when we find something." Felix smiled back at the receptionist, and uh, Miss Independent Woman, was daydreaming over the rings and bracelets but she didn't want to buy them, she only asked her mom and dad for money like that and it was never often. "Do you want something?" Felix asked

"Nah, I'm just looking, I can't afford all this." She said, making a funny face

"Who said you were paying for it?" Felix said mimicking her voice, they continued looking, and Felix saw something that interested him, it was an engagement bundle, which included: A set of rings, a couple bracelets, two necklaces, and earrings. "How much does this cost?"

"Oh, that costs $2000." The receptionist said bringing out the bundle

"Do you accept credit?" Felix asked

"Yes, sir."

"Okay, here," Felix said, handing them his credit card

"Felix, look at these earrings, they look so pretty," Abby said like a child showing her parents a toy they want

"You can get them if you want."

"Really?" Abby asked, her eyes shining

"Mhm, just give it to the receptionist for her to pack," Felix said looking at the bundle in his hands, he wanted to buy something for her but wasn't sure what, and then a beautiful ring caught his attention. It was an emerald gemmed ring that was very beautiful but his mind was saying that she wouldn't like it, on the other hand, Abby was suffering from the same situation, something caught her eye but she thought he wouldn't like it.

They both bought it anyway.

"Where else to?" Abby asked Felix

" To that boba shop over there," Felix said pointing at a corner store at the mall, it was hidden away but its bright lights made it stand out from all the boring-looking stores. They sat down as the waiter came to take their order-

"Hello, sweet couple, what drink would you be drinking today?"

"Taro milk tea, please." They said in unison

"Okay, is that it?"

"And a chocolate cake, please," Felix said as the waiter left

"Well, that was AWKWARD!!" Abby said lightning the mood

"Yeah, I have something to give you." Felix nervously said, playing with his fingers

"Ah, yeah, me too, you go first since you talked first."

"What? No fair, ladies first."

"Nuh, uh," Abby said, shaking her hands dismissively joking

"Alright, I wanted to give you this ring since you know, you didn't have an engagement ring."

"Wow, it's so pretty, I also got you something, gimme your hand," Abby said, taking his hands into hers, and putting the ring she had purchased.

"You also like emeralds? I thought you wouldn't like it since most girls like diamonds and such." Felix said looking at her.

"Diamonds are too common, I want to wear something colorful like an emerald, sapphire, etcetera," Abby said still admiring her ring

"You are different from her," Felix said under his breath

"What?" Abby asked as she didn't hear what he said.

"Nothing," Felix said looking away, they spent the rest of the day spending money like it was their last day on earth, obviously, they were drained at the end of the day so they just went home and slept for the rest of it.

-Three days before the wedding-

Preparations after preparations after preparations, it was an endless loop but thankfully the future bride and groom were told not to work and rest for the rest of the week, the moms and dads did all the other work that were left, not that there was any, they just wanted the place to be, well-

Spotless.

Today, was outfit and dance rehearsals and bachelor party. The dance and outfit rehearsals went great, they slipped and fell a couple times but got the hand of it after a short while. Now unto the most fun part-

The bachelor and bachelorette party, these parties were to be done at separate places and with the couples apart, this would mark one of their last days as single, free-living people, not that they aren't free but like, nevermind.

Does this look pretty enough?" Abby asked Minnie

"Of course, you look good in everything, Abby, the flip flops aren't included." Minnie said chuckling

"Hey!? What's wrong with flip flops!?" Abby said, still defending her claims that flip flops were the best fashion trend.

"Okay, girls the limo is here!!" Mom said outside excitedly, she was rushing us to get out as she and Mrs. Kim were going to have a sleepover, sometimes, Abby wondered of they were 48 or 13.

Abby and Minnie entered the limousine, not before waving their mother goodbye as they weren't coming back tonight. The ride was so fun as the other bridesmaid were picked up, they included some of Minnie's friends that loved Abby just as much as Minnie did to her sister. When they went out, never once did they make her feel out of place or not invited into the conversation.

The driver drove them to the place, a private hotel, one their father owned, they were permitted to use the penthouse for tonight as it was a very very special night. The girls danced, sing, dressed up and of course drunk, by the end of the night, they were out cold from just a a bottle of champagne.

The boys on the other hand were having the times of their life, singing karaoke, dancing, playing cards, and drinking.....Fanta, they weren't the drinking type so they just stuck to Fanta. The boys also didn't sleep because they were playing video games. No wonder they had to sleep for the whole day, the next day.

-2 days before the wedding-

Abby's POV

I woke up with a headache from the champagne and realized, I was sleeping on a bed in one of the penthouse bedrooms. I walked outside the door, just to be hit with the smell of fresh baked food, Soojin was the best cook in the and I was the last.

"Good morning, bride-to-be." Soojin said, sensing my presence behind her.

"Good morning, Soojin, where are all the others?" I asked because the house was awfully quiet

"Well, they went sweets shopping." She said still cutting the vegetables, wait..... vegetables?!?! No, is this hangover soup? "It's not hangover soup, it's just soup."

"D-did you just read my mind?" I said shocked

"No, you hate hangover soup." She said still not taking her eyes off the boiling soup

"WE'RE BACK!!!" I heard Minnie and the other girls yell while coming through the door-

"Where did you guys go so early in the morning?" I said acting like I didn't know where they were going,

"To the sweets shop, it was Shushu's idea!" Minnie said, pointing to Shuhua on her left side

"Nuh Nuh, it was Yuqi's idea!! Shuhua replied, defensively

"Okay, guys, please sit so we can eat some food." Soojin said while putting the soup down on the table

"Wah, Soojin!! You never seize to amaze me with your cooking!!" I said shoving as much food in my mouth as it can hold.

We ate while making small talk about he wedding a d the dresses they were going to wear in 2 days.
