Within the flaming crown, there was vaguely the shape of a fairy crane. However, because its evolution was interrupted mid-process, the appearance of the Crane King was quite ghastly. Its left half was still adorned with crimson fire feathers, albeit sparse and patchy like a bare bird. Its right half was even more odd with the original crimson feathers having already fallen off, replaced by newly sprouted yellowish-white feathers. However, these feathers were disrupted by the combined attack of the Mi Clan and currently clung to its body like down feathers. What was once the majestic Flaming Luminous Fire Feathered Crane now resembled a long-beaked vulture.


Despite its comical appearance, not even one of the Martial Ancestors on the other side of the crown of the tree could bring themselves to laugh. They all bore expressions of grave apprehension.
