"If someone has to become the strongest, why can't it be me?"
An unfortunate young man, brought to another world by a meteor, voices his unwillingness with a defiant roar.
I just want to create a fantastical world that doesn't seem too unreal.
Pre-reading Reminder 1: If you think human nature can simply be divided into good or bad, proceed with caution.
Pre-reading Reminder 2: If you believe a sect is just a crowd of people flattering the protagonist, proceed with caution.
Pre-reading Reminder 3: If you think the whole world is a stage for the protagonist to show off, and all people are merely stepping stones for the protagonist, proceed with caution.
Simply put, this book doesn't know what it wants to be. I've read up to chapter 140 mostly because I've been trying to figure out what this story is about. It's a bit of a mystery since almost nothing is happening. I would say the closest description is that it's a slice of life in a world of martial cultivation. The power the MC has isn't explained well other than he can see power levels above anyone's head. Yeah his power is basically the seeker from Dragonball Z. Except he can maybe see the path that energy travels and possibly cultivate faster because he can create outside cores. Like I said it's not really explained to well. It is a unique story and mostly intriguing. It just isn't very entertaining. The MC is clever but also is a bit of a jerk. He's not a hero or a villain and even the people he fights against can mostly be described the same way. One thing against it though is it's got a lot of overpriced chapters and a lot of needing two fast passes to read chapters, which is a lot to ask for a story that doesn't really go anywhere.
Character seems more believable than normal xiaxia. MC: Being able to cultivate really fast in exchange can't regenerate his Qi. Like instead of using mana, he's using exp to cast skill. Tho I don't really like that he can instantly learn and analyze techniques whether from a piece of paper or watching someone doing it.
I haven't read much yet, only 10 chapters, but from what I have read this novel is a 10/10 I'll give a more detailed review after reading more
Books wack this author keeps talking about the same issue the mc has for like 20 chapters I couldn’t get past chapter 8
It’s not cliche… that’s really the only selling point. Everything about this novel is mediocre or worse. Just being different isn’t enough to make it entertaining
slow paced and lackluster, not thrilling and seemingly the wow feel.
if you think this novel is good proceed with caution .
I liked this at first but the more I read the more I couldn't help but feel how the mc is a hypocrite. The MC is this good guy who wants to help the common good and hates evil. Yet he stays with a villainous family that kills millions to keep and grow its power. It just rubbed me the wrong way so i had to drop.
May the synopsis be true for if it's then this shall be interesting.
i would say story is good its a clan building with many good twist and turns probllems they face and solutions are believable . but here is the problem author gives lot of unnecessary details like he is explaining how much a particular person is powerful its a full chapter long just explaining try us to imagine but i don't like that
Decent story, not cliche, but idk where it’s trying to lead to. It’s nice to see MC that have good comprehension
MC. spends half his time being a confused idiot the other half just and idiot. honestly, how do these novels become popular? the writing is so soul draining.
Read "Eastern : Level Up with Pills and Herbs" I hope you will enjoy it
Bro I'm still confused after reading all the free chapters lol what's the point of seeing people's combat power? And that star core is exceedingly weird. He can't contain spiritual energy in him and loses it in fights.
ill be back later after i read a couple of chapter
