Chapter 646: Mistake

The most dangerous things in the world are often those that seem insignificant.

Just as when in youth we felt that freedom was the most joyful, little did we know that the time wasted then would become a heavy mountainous burden of regret in the future.

So those middle-aged people who were the wildest in their youth, would earnestly and tirelessly advise their descendants to study hard.

One must wait until these self-proclaimed free-spirited children reach a certain age when they too are suffocated by reality. When they see their peers who worked hard in their youth now living comfortably, they'll have an epiphany and say to their younger generations the words they once heard.

And by that time, they can truly understand the suffocating feeling of being confronted by youthful arrogance.
