Anthony “Chris” Rivera

I asked Anthony if he was inclined to threaten an excellent camaraderie to be in a relationship to have a girlfriend. I told Anthony that you cannot force someone to love you even if you hope it becomes a reality. I also told Anthony that his emotions for Wendy came from lustful desire, not out of adoration, since he had not known Wendy for a long time, just for a few years. I told Anthony that Wendy and I were in love with each other. Anthony said, "Oh, I understand. I should stop flirting with Wendy."

I said, "Sorry, but there would be other girls for you." I told Anthony that he might end up with Wendy in later years, but now, Wendy is my girlfriend. In the meantime, let's not be covetous of what we do not have and be buddies again. How about we go to Wendy's parent’s house so you can explain to Wendy why you acted the way you did?

As Anthony and I went to Wendy's parents' house, Anthony collapsed to the ground, and as he dropped, he held on to his chest to where his heart was. It seemed he was having a heart attack, so I dialed 9-1-1 to get the ambulance or EMT so they could save Anthony's life. Anthony's body was turning purple. I got frightened, so I ran to see if anyone could assist with CPR or have medical experience, but I couldn't find anyone. I ran back to Anthony and held on to him until the ambulance arrived, but it was too late, as he was dying in my arms. I tried cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but it wasn't functioning since I used what I had learned in school. And I was getting no reaction, and his body was turning pale.

I informed Anthony you better not perish after we have become pals again. He looks at me briefly with a great smile on his face. Anthony's eyes were shutting down, and it was the last time I saw his emerald eyes, and his arm fell to the ground. The ambulance arrived shortly after he died, and the paramedics came to carry the body on the stretcher to preserve his life. I told the paramedics it was too late and tried everything I could to the best of my abilities. They said I see you tried and asked me if I was family. I said I was not a relative but his friend. I still got a lift inside the ambulance to call Anthony's family from the hospital.

I had to call Wendy and tell her that Anthony had perished before the ambulance arrived to take his body to the hospital. On the other side of the telephone, I heard Wendy sobbing loudly. I suggested that Wendy come to the hospital, but she said "no" because of the awkwardness Anthony had caused for all of us. I told Wendy to come to pray for his soul. Wendy gave in and said okay, I will be paying my respects to Anthony for one final time. When Wendy saw Anthony's body in the hospital bed, she started to cry and leaned on my shoulder to continue wailing.

When Anthony's mother, Valentia Carmen Rivera, received the news of her son dying, she cried and screamed a lot and thought I was the cause of his death. Valentia stared at me with cold, icy eyes that frightened me intensely. I could not believe she thought I would be the cause of Anthony's death before she spoke to the doctors.

The doctors pulled Valentia Carmen Rivera to the side so they could talk to her in private, and they said that her son Anthony had high blood pressure. The doctors also told her that his heart was three times the average size. The doctors said that the cause of his death was his heart exploding from a heart attack, and his high blood pressure also factored into this. Valentia later apologized and said I shouldn't have jumped to any conclusion before getting facts and evidence.

A couple of years later, after Anthony's demise, Wendy and I started dating again because we had to break up. After all, it was hard for us for a while. Every time we were together, it reminded us of Anthony, so we mutually decided to take a break from dating. We decided it was better to stay as friends; this decision was made because we barely spoke to each other as a couple since expressing our emotions was hard for us. When Wendy and I entered high school, I became friends with Johnny Wague and told him to ask Wendy out, but I never told Wendy it was my idea for them to go out. I never asked Wendy again since Wendy and Johnny's relationship was fine. I just told Johnny to protect Wendy even if she did not need the protection since she has been a good fighter since we were kids.

Going back to the present, I feel so mad that Wendy is in critical condition, and I cannot do anything for her. Rebecca and I went to the forensic room where Rebecca works so she could analyze the bullets. Rebecca was studying the shell to get a match between the gun and the weapon's owner. When I knock on the door, Rebecca opens her forensic room and looks exhausted, like she hasn't slept for days. I told Rebecca she should rest for a few hours since getting a hit on the machine she uses to get results will take a while. I told Anderson to call me when we get an impact on the type of gun and bullet used in this case.

Anderson asked if I was heading to the hospital to check on Wendy, and I said, "Yes." I need to know if Wendy's condition has changed or is still in critical condition because I do not want to lose another friend since I had already lost one in my adolescence.

As I went to the hospital to visit Wendy, I received a phone call from the doctor saying that Wendy's condition hadn't changed and was still in critical condition, making me feel better. I asked why I received this call if Wendy wasn't dead or awake, but the doctors said, "Feel fortunate that we called you." I drove fast to the hospital to see if they would change their mind about letting me see Wendy in her critical condition. I hope they will allow me to see Wendy this time since they wouldn't allow me to see her last time. When I got to the hospital, I asked if I could visit her, and they still said "no" to me.
