April is an orphan adopted by one of the richest family in Atlantic City, the Johnson.  She has been crushing over Vincent ever since she was little. He is the only heir to the Johnson’s immense wealth and power. April has always imagined Vincent as her prince, like in the fairytales. However, on April’s eighteenth birthday, she had one crazy night with Vincent. After that, April realized that her fairytale image of Vincent is false. She gets pregnant and tragedy after tragedy happens to her like a nightmare while she is awake. Now, she sees Vincent as the cruel CEO boss that he truly is. April vows to take revenge for all the miseries she has suffered.

"Oh, Leah, I am here to visit April. I heard from Joshy that Vincent gave her a job here. I figured that's a great idea. April should be with the Johnson Enterprises. She's family, right?"

Doreen explained her presence at the office with a cheerful tone, unfazed by her older sister's venomous stares toward April.

Upon hearing these words, Leah focused her glares on her sister Doreen. She could not believe that her own blood could side with this adopted woman.

"Are you insane, Doreen? You cannot possibly agree with this arrangement? She does not belong here! She's trash!"

Leah blurted out as her nostrils flared like that of a dragon's, ready to emit fire to burn April to ashes, and if possible include her traitor of a sister, Doreen.

"Excuse me? I am right here! You cannot say such things about me as if you own the whole damn company!"
