A New Start

Bell sit there and cried. He went to asleep without his knowledge. He wake up very late in the morning. The sun was already up. Thankfully there was no people. He looked at the wagon once again. He stood up and moved closer to the wagon.

The blood stains are still there on the ground. The noticed that there was a piece of paper on the seat.

It says "IT IS JUST A BEGINING. NEXT TIME I WILL HUNT DOWN YOUR FAMILY. I WON'T STOP UNTILL I STRIP YOU OFF EVERYTHING."

He remained calm. He tiered off that piece of paper . He took the shape of a bat and flew back to his room. The owner of the place was already there to collect the rent. Bell said that he will pay the rent . The owner didn't agree.

Bell has no money with him right now. So he charmed him and ordered him to go back. Bell went inside. He took a bath and washed his clothes. He rested until evening. His clothes are dry now. Bell put on his jacket armor and his swords. He locked that room and went to meet the owner. Bell returned the key to him. He was about to leave that kingdom.

Then he heard an announcement about from the knights of Artemis. There will be a spear lifting competition. Whoever lifting the spear , regardless of gender will be awarded with the blessings of Goddess Artemis. And there is a cash award of 300 Million valis.

Bell decided to gave it a try. He went to the stadium where the event is about to happen. There were a lot of people, both men and women. Hestia Familia and Artemis were sitting on the Pavilion. Lord Hermes was the comandater. Strict security was provided, but no one was restricted.

Hestia Familia members tried to lift the spear but none of them could lift the spear. Many people, both men and women tried to lift it, but was in vain. Hestia was sad that her best friend is in trouble. Finally it was Bell's turn. Hestia and Hermes Familia were anxious. Bell tried to pull it. But to his surprise it didn't come off.

Hestia Familia and Hermes Familia were disappointed. Bell left the stadium. On his way he met Lena. She was very angry that she slapped his face in front of everyone. She also warned him not to do that again. Bell fell insulted. Then Julies asked him about Jupiter. He replied sadly that she went to a far place. Then Lena told him that she might have escaped from him. Julies warned Bell to get out the kingdom by next day.

They left him alone. Bell was calm. He believed that there is no point in crying and thinking about getting revenge. Nothing is going to change once you get you revenge. How will it make it better?. It won't bring back happiness. He decided to do something useful rather than just sit and cry. It was not the first time he is being insulted. It's not the first time he got rejected. But still he didn't expect Hestia to reject him like that.

He walked for a while. Then sat on an empty bench by the road. Then fortunately, he met the old man who used to sell joker masks in the Orario city. The Old man used to believe that Bell is dead. He was relived to see him again. During their conversation Bell told him the situations through which he is been through. The old man asked him to focus on getting stronger.

The old man introduced a new black jacket armor and leggings to Bell. It has got blue linings all over it. It was a cursed item. Fortunately that jacket accepted Bell as it's new master. It covers all of his body except his face. He then gave that bracelet to him as a payment. Bell got a jocker mask for free.

 Bell then started walking towards the Gate. He reached halfway. He sensed the presence of a demon behind him. She was Aleera. She was busy with her work in the demon king palace. She assigned her servants to watch over Bell through a magic item. Her servants just informed her about the tragedy . She came right away to see, Bell . She moved in and hugged Bell.

Aleera " I am sorry for been late, Bell."

Bell remained calm.

Bell " I couldn't save her, mom."

Aleera " It's not your fault. It was her fate."

Bell just thought about Aleera's revival magic. 

Bell " Can you just revive her?" 

Aleera " I can't do that, Bell "

Bell " I am sorry, that I asked for the impossible. But still I miss her so badly mother." 

A moment of silence

 Bell then told her about his situation. Aleera tried to understand him. She calmed him. They began to think of a way out of this situation but couldn't come up with a solution. 

Aleera and Bell were sitting on a bench. 

Aleera " I know you want to be stronger, but it seems like we are out of luck here."

Bell with at most hesitation and frustration "Let's go back, mother" 

Aleera " What? Why ? You come this for , now you are quitting it."

Bell " No, never. It appears that I have to take the long route."

Aleera " But Bell, that's" 

Bell " It's okay mother. Let's take it slowly."

Aleera with a serious face " But what about your Familia? "

Bell " It is a waste of time, worrying about them? They are all strong. I am pretty sure they are going to be okay without me."

A moment of silence

Aleera with a smile " Okay , If that's your wish, then so be it."

They were about to leave that kingdom using teleportation magic. 

???? " I think that's a bad idea."

They turned back to see that voice. They found the old man standing behind him. 

Bell " Where you overhearing us?"

The Old man just smiled. 

Aleera " What do you want? GOD ZEUS??"

Bell was like what the fuck is going on. Bell's mouth wide open. " Wait a dawn minute, mother what did you call him?"

Zeus " Ho ho, you see through me? Not bad. "

Bell shaking" wait wait wait, a-are you the G-God Z-Zeus?"

Zeus " Looks like you are in need of power, Bell kun. "

Aleera " I have seen you with My Bell, a couple of times. What's your deal? Why targeting my child."

Zeus " Oh, child seems to be very cute, I can't help it. "

Aleera " Cut the crap."

Zeus take a deep breath " Give him to me. I shall make him the last hero."

Aleera " Like the hell I would?"

Zeus "Ha ha, it's only natural for a mother to protect her child. But I would say you are overprotective. Otherwise you would have let her stay by his side. "

Bell didn't get that first. Then he slowly turned and looked at his mother with wide eyes. 

Aleera was caught off guard. She purposefully hide Jupiter from, Bell. She wanted Bell all to herself. She was jealous of Jupiter. So she kidnapped her while Bell was not there. She didn't intended to kill her. She hide her somewhere safe in her castle. She created a materialistic illusion, making Bell believe that she is dead. And for Goddess Hestia to reject him, she created a demon invasion, creating chaos and all, making the Gods to take such a decision.

Bell with disbelief" Mother, are you the one who....?"

Aleera with hesitation " No, I didn't."

Bell " Then?"

Aleera remained silent and then " Fine, ". She snaped her fingers. A large magic circle appeared. It was so bright that he couldn't see it. Then slowly it dimmed. Jupiter was standing in front of Bell. She had tears on her eye lids. She was so relived to see him. She ran towards him and jumped at him for a hug. She hugged him very tight as she was very scared.

Bell couldn't believe his eye. He put his arms around her and checked whether this is for real or not. He could feel her heart beat. Her sent, her warmth surrounds him. Then he looked at Aleera. She was not looking at them. 

Bell looking at Aleera " Why mother?"

She then suddenly used her teleportation and left. 

Zeus " I guess you got what you wanted, Bell? Kid, you owe me one, now see you latter." With that said he also left. 

Jupiter crying while hugging" You promised me, then, why did you leave me?"

Bell with a small awkward smile " I am sorry, Jupiter. Please forgive me for this once. "

Bell then put his hands on her Face. With teary eyes, Bell " I missed you, Jupiter."

Jupiter grabbed Bell by the back of his neck" I am not letting you go anywhere without me? " 

She pulled him close and kissed him deeply.

 Then a bright light evolved from Jupiter's body. The light was so bright it totally illuminated the entire town. As it was night time, there were only few people outside. They wondered what it was. Jupiter's body fused into Bell's body. Then a tattoo of lightning burned into his back. Bell fell into the ground because of the immense power flowing through the body.
