The food flask had three compartments. The biggest one had four orange-colored chicken drumsticks carefully arranged side by side with a generous amount of orange gravy syrup. T he second compartment had white rice garnished with veggies like diced carrots, green peas, and some coriander leaves. The last one had what looked like coated deep-fried chips, but when King tasted one, it was crunchy on the outside and mushy on the inside. It had a creamy coconut taste and was sweet like honey. Not knowing what it was, he picked up his phone and took a picture. Thereafter, he sent the picture to Anorak.
Anurak was still in class with New studying when his phone beeped. When he saw that it was King, he frowned. “What now?” He mumbled before picking up the phone.
King: [What is this?]
When Anurak saw the message and the picture, his furrowed face relaxed, and he unknowingly smiled as he responded to the message.
Anurak: [Bread chips.]
King: [It tastes like coconut and honey.]
